Sports bettors are only getting one NBA game tonight, but it is a good one. The Phoenix Suns will play hosts to the Denver Nuggets in Game 2 of their second round playoff matchup. Tip-off is set for 9:30pm ET.
The Suns have a 1-0 lead in the series after a 122-105 Game 1 win on Monday night. Chris Paul looked sharp finishing with 21 points and 11 assists for the game. By all accounts his shoulder looked as close to 100% as it has in awhile.

Odds as of June 9th
Chris Paul Feeds Everyone
The biggest question mark on Chris Paul was whether or not his shoulder injury from the series with the Los Angeles Lakers was still looming. He appeared to injure it multiple times during the series and was questionable to play at times. His shot was limited and he only was able to play 22 minutes in two of the contests.
If anyone had any doubts as to his effectiveness, he more than answered those questions in Game 1 Monday night.

While Paul was able to shoot Monday, what was more impressive was his ability to run the offense. He had 21 potential assists and only came away with 11. There is still meat on that assist bone. It was the same as his two games with the Nuggets when he was able to record 15 and 13 assists.
Instead of taking Paul’s 9.5 assists, it looks like a good night to go with the alt line of 10.5 at +194. Paul seems like a good bet to record at least 11 assists tonight.
- The Pick: Paul OVER 10.5 Assists (+194) * Alt Line
Austin Rivers Night?
Everybody loves a long shot and why not? Small dollars to get big dollars is why we play this game we play.
With Michael Porter Jr. being listed as questionable tonight, the Nuggets will need someone to fill the three-point shooter role. Why won’t it be Austin Rivers?

To be clear, I think Porter Jr. will play tonight – but even if he does, there is a chance he will be limited. Given an opportunity, Rivers could easily step up tonight and given that his points prop is so low, he doesn’t even need a spike game to cover.
Instead of taking his points line at 10.5, I’m taking his alt line at 11.5 +164. He took seven shots in Game 1 and if he can just get a few more tonight, I would feel great about his chances of covering. Especially if Porter Jr. is announced out as some point today.
- The Pick: Rivers Over 11.5 Points (+164) * Alt Line
Facundo Campazzo Being Undervalued
One guy that was the talk of Twitter Monday night was Facundo Campazzo. The Argentinian point guard displayed handles and court vision that we all want to see out of the floor generals. The thing is, this isn’t a new development. He’s been doing this all year.
This pass from Facundo Campazzo was RIDICULOUS 🤯 #Nuggets #NBA

Campazzo should be expected to play 30 or more minutes again tonight. In his last seven games playing at least 30 minutes, he has gone over 4.5 assists in all of them. In four of those games he came away with at least eight assists.
4.5 assists feels like low-hanging fruit at the current +114 price tag.
- The Pick: Campazzo Over 4.5 Assists (+114)
