Pick #1: Jae Crowder Over 9.5 Points

Jae Crowder has been a very profitable pick in the playoffs. The books have left him in and around the 8.5-point total, and the veteran has been cruising by this total.

In fact, he’s gone over that total seven straight, potting double-digits in five of those contests.

In Game 3, he led the Suns in scoring with 19 points, and took a playoff-high 12 field goal attempts to get there. After a 2-for-22 struggle from beyond the arc in Round 1 against the Pelicans, Crowder has been feasting from three against the Mavericks.

He’s shooting 11-for-18 in the series so far, a blistering 60.8%, drilling five triples last time out.

As the beneficiary of an offense that features so much attention on the dynamic backcourt of Chris Paul and Devin Booker, Crowder should continue to get great looks.

Even with the slight total increase in Game 4, ride the hot hand.

Pick: Crowder Over 9.5 Points (-120)

Pick #2: Kyle Lowry Over 9.5 Points

Look, everyone other than Jimmy Butler needs to do some soul searching after Miami’s Game 3 no-show, as they scored just 79 points, the second-lowest output on the season.

We’re targeting Kyle Lowry in particular, who posted a goose egg in Game 3, taking just four shots, missing all of them.

It hasn’t been a stellar playoff for Miami’s key offseason acquisition. Lowry has totaled 25 points across four games in the playoffs, hitting double-digits just once. Game 3 was his first action after sitting out the Heat’s previous three games with a hamstring injury.

The last time he went 0-fer in a playoff game was in the Raptors’ 2019 title run. He went 0-for-7 in 34 minutes in an opening game loss to the Orlando Magic. Lowry bounced back with 22 points on 8-for-13 shooting.

He doesn’t even need to go off for you to land this bet, even a usual regular-season outing would suffice, as he averaged 13.4 points.

Pick: Lowry OVER 9.5 Points (-125)
