James Harden, Zach LaVine, and Kevin Durant may not be playing on Sunday night, but there are still some worthy player props to keep an eye on when the new-look Chicago Bulls welcome the Brooklyn Nets to the United Center.

Chi-Town is looking to break out of a six-game losing skid as the presence of Nikola Vucevic hasn’t necessarily paid off quite yet, despite his 20.5 points per night. The Nets, meanwhile, have won four straight but will be shorthanded in this one, with Kyrie Irving the only member of the big three suiting up.

Kyrie Takes Over The Facilitating Duties

When Harden is on the floor, he’s usually the main source of playmaking for Brooklyn. But without him for the second-straight game, it leaves Irving responsible for facilitating the basketball, along with putting up points, of course.

Kyrie is averaging 5.9 dimes per night this season, which is a far cry from Harden’s 11.2 assists, but it’s still impressive. However, the former Duke star collected eight helpers in a blowout win over the Charlotte Hornets on Thursday, then also dished out another 12 the night before against the struggling Houston Rockets.

In the Charlotte victory, you could tell Irving had his facilitating goggles on. His head was on a swivel all game long, finding Jeff Green on multiple occasions cutting to the hoop, while also linking up with Landry Shamet and Joe Harris on the perimeter several times for open threes.

Irving has always been a talented passer and on Sunday night, he’ll step up again. The Bulls are also severely depleted with their entire backcourt of LaVine and Coby White injured, so expect Kyrie to take full advantage. Bet on the over.

Pick: Kyrie Irving Over 8.5 Assists (-115)

Harris Finds His Shooting Touch

Joe Harris is well-known across the association for his ability to make it rain from downtown. He led the NBA in 2018-19 with a ridiculous 47.4% mark from three-point range and has the second-best percentage from long range of all active players currently.

This season, Harris is taking a career-high 6.8 attempts from beyond the arc and sinking them at a 48.5% clip, much in part to the looks he’s getting thanks to the presence of Harden, Irving, and Durant on the roster.

The 29-year old has hit the over in two straight games, going 7-for-12 against the Rockets a few days back. He’s going to have lots of opportunities to shoot it on Sunday as well with key players out of the rotation for Chicago. They’re also allowing opponents to shoot 40% from three-point land in their last three games. The value on the over for Harris to catch fire is simply too good to pass up.

Pick: Joe Harris Over 2.5 Three Pointers (-146)
