The schedule for the series has yet to bet released. Games 1 and 2 will take place in Cleveland with Games 3 and 4 north of the border. If there’s a Game 5, it will be back in Cleveland, with Game 6 in Toronto, and a decisive Game 7 in Cleveland.

Toronto won all three regular-season meetings, and covered the spread in each one. But take that with a grain of salt. All three games took place the first six weeks of the season. These teams haven’t seen each other since November 24th.

Toronto hasn’t been in the playoffs since 2022, when they lost 4-2 to the 76ers in the first round. The Raps’ last postseason series victory was in 2020, when they swept the Nets in the first round before losing 4-3 to the Celtics in the East semis.

The Cavs are back in the playoffs for the fourth straight season, and they’ll be looking to advance to the second round for the third straight year. In 2025, Cleveland swept Miami 4-0 as the #1 seed. In 2024, they won an epic seven-game series with Orlando, coming back from 18 down.

The Raptors may be light on postseason experience but the Cavaliers have been overvalued all season. They finished with the single-worst ATS record in the NBA, largely because they were priced like the team that finished first in the East in 2024-25. Cleveland’s point differential dropped from +9.5 last year to +4.1 this season, just 1.3 higher than Toronto (+2.8).

The Raptors have a solid home-court advantage and are basically fully healthy heading into the postseason. Getting them at plus-money to at least force a Game 6 is solid value.
