Sunday Night Football in Week 12 features a marquee AFC North battle between the division-leading Baltimore Ravens (7-3) and the desperate Cleveland Browns (6-5) who, despite being a game over .500 and sitting just 1.5 games out of first, are currently last in the division.

Caesars Sportsbook’s $1,001 Bonus Bet Match

In addition to these offers, Caesars Sportsbook is offering all new customers a $1,001 bonus bet match. Follow that link and then, on the ensuing page, click the link for your state.

The Caesars Sportsbook promotion is arguably the biggest one available. They are awarding all new customers a bonus bet match on their first wager at the sportsbook, regardless of whether that wager wins or loses, up to $1,001.

That means new customers could place a $1,001 bet, win that wager, and land themselves a bonus bet of $1,001. Talk about a good Sunday.

Of course, the risk here is high. In order to get a $1,001 bonus bet, you have to wager $1,001 and there is always a high risk of losing that wager. Do not under any circumstances bet more than you can afford to lose.

The bonus bet bonus is not equivalent to cash. When you win a wager placed with a bonus bet, you only get the profit; you do not get the stake (i.e. the bonus bet) returned to your account.

You can also claim this bonus through SBD’s Caesars Sportsbook bonuses page.

Barstool Sportsbook’s $1,000 Bonus Bet

The offer at Barstool is quite different than the offer at Caesars, despite the names looking similar. Barstool is offer what’s known as a bonus bet on each new customer’s first wager at the sportsbook. This means that, customers can bet up to $1,000 on their first wager and, if that wager is graded as a loss, they will get $1,000 in bonus cash in their account.

The obvious downside to this compared to Caesars is that your first bet has to lose in order to get the bonus money. However, the upside is that the bonus is paid out as “sportsbook cash”. (This is cash that must be wagered at the sportsbook before it can be withdrawn.) Cash is considerably more valuable than bonus bets because you get the stake back when you make a winning wager with sportsbook cash.

How to Sign Up for a New Sportsbook Account

Signing up for any of these sportsbooks is relatively simple and there are a lot more similarities from site to site than there are differences.

First you will have to provide choose a username and password. Then you will have to provide some personal information, including full legal name, residential address (in a state where the sportsbook currently operates), your date of birth (must be 21 years old at the time you sign-up), Social Security Number (sometimes the whole thing, sometimes just the last four digits), email address, and mobile phone number.

The next step is to make a deposit. All of the bonuses available require betting some real money. Most sportsbooks have a minimum deposit of $10. There are always many deposit methods available, usually including e-transfer, credit card, and PayPal.

Once you have money in your account, the first bet you make is almost always going to be the relevant bet for bonus purposes. So, for example, if you register at Caesars to get the $1,001 bonus bet match, the sportsbook will match only the amount of your very first wager.

Similarly, if you want the bet $1, win $100 promo at DraftKings, you must make your first bet a $1 wager on Browns/Ravens game.
