Falcons vs Buccaneers SGP Leg #1 – The Buccaneers Are Winning This Game

Like we just talked about, one of these teams is playing for pride at this point. Although I want to believe that everyone on the Falcons’ side of the field is 100% in on trying to ruin the Buccaneers’ season, this isn’t a Disney movie. These guys are 4-9, playing behind Kirk Cousins, and they are fresh off a beatdown last Sunday. It’s hard to be inspired at this point.

On top of that, now they have to travel to Tampa to play the Buccaneers in their Creamsicle uniforms. Things have officially gone from bad to worse for the Falcons.

The haters are going to say that the Buccaneers have sucked in the Creamsicle jerseys, and they are right. I grew up in Florida and remember those days well. Those teams were terrible. Even when they brought back the Creamsicle jerseys after the 1996 redesign, they still sucked in them. I’m pretty sure Tom Brady didn’t even win in the Creamsicle jersey (in fairness, I’m pretty sure he never wore one because they came back after he retired).

But all of that is behind them now because they’ve worn the Creamsicle uniforms twice this season and won both times. Baker finally cracked the code on these things. Now, as a reward, he’s getting back Mike Evans and Jalen McMillan to throw the ball to. The Buccaneers are getting healthy at the exact right time, and to make things even better, they’re coming off an embarrassing loss to the hapless New Orleans Saints. No way they lose this game. Feels easy.

ATL vs TB Same-Game Parlay Leg #2 – This Game Simply Can’t Go Over

I hate the under as much as the next guy, but sometimes we just have to whip it out. Games go under all the time, so we know it happens. It just sucks to sit through an entire game hoping that neither team scores very much. Feels anti-American in a way. I don’t like it.

Before we go any further with all of this “under” talk, let’s just appreciate Bijan Robinson real quick. He plays tonight.

Even with Bijan, I’m thinking the Falcons have a tough time moving the ball. They’re led by Kirk Cousins these days, which is basically waving a white flag every time they take the field. They legit just hung 9 points on the Seattle Seahawks at home on Sunday. It only takes one team to ruin an over, and that team is the Falcons tonight.
