To wrap up Week 16, we have an inter-conference matchup between the San Francisco 49ers and the Indianapolis Colts. I have searched long and hard for the three best anytime touchdown scorer bets for tonight’s game. One could parlay them together or even add them to a multi-sport parlay.

I have laid out three plus-money MNF anytime touchdown bets: Jauan Jennings, Tyler Warren, and Alec Pierce. While none are true longshots, they are solid options for your slips.

SF vs IND Touchdown Pick #1: Jauan Jennings Anytime TD (+170 at Fanatics)

Jauan Jennings has scored seven touchdowns this season, including one in each of the last three games and five of the last six. Jennings has already set a career-high in touchdowns despite his overall production dropping off since 2024.

Jennings has been a red-zone menace this season. He has three touchdowns inside the 10 and three more inside the 20. His only long touchdown of the season was a 42-yard touchdown back in Week 2. Jennings has three receiving touchdowns courtesy of Mac Jones and four from Brock Purdy.

The Colts have allowed 13 touchdowns to wide receivers this season. No individual player has victimized the Colts twice in a game, but the Colts did allow multiple receiver touchdowns to the Broncos, Rams (three), Chargers, and Jaguars.

SF vs IND Touchdown Pick #2: Tyler Warren Anytime TD (+285 at BetRivers)

Tyler Warren has cooled off since a boiling-hot start to his rookie season, but he still has five total touchdowns this season. The former Penn State Nittany Lion has four receiving touchdowns and a rushing touchdown this season. All five touchdowns came in the redzone.

Of course, Warren is more likely to score as a receiver, but I feel he adds an increased value as a short-yardage rusher with Philip Rivers under center. Instead of using the 44-year-old on a quarterback sneak, the Colts would be better off with Warren ramming forward on a tush push.

The 49ers have surrendered nine touchdowns to tight ends this season, including Trey McBride in both games against the Cardinals and two different Rams in their loss to LA. The first seven such touchdowns were red-zone efforts, but the 49ers have allowed a 34-yard touchdown to a rookie tight end in each of the last two games: Harold Fannin and Gunnar Helm. If Warren scores a 34-yard touchdown this week, I will give out the winning Powerball numbers in my next article.

SF vs IND Touchdown Pick #3: Alec Pierce Anytime TD (+550 at DraftKings)

Alec Pierce has two touchdowns this season, coming in Weeks 10 and 13. The NFL’s leader in yards per catch (for the second year in a row) is traditionally a deep threat, but he did score three touchdowns inside the 10 last season. This season, he has scored from 37 yards out and 19 yards out.

Admittedly, betting on a 44-year-old to hit a deep shot is not the safest bet, but, if Rivers were to complete a deep pass, Pierce is the most likely target. The 49ers have allowed five receiving touchdowns of at least 30 yards this season. For Pierce’s career, over half of his touchdowns have been at least 30 yards.

The 49ers have allowed 13 touchdowns to wide receivers this season. This includes a punt-retrn touchdown by Parker Washington and touchdowns by Puka Nacua in both 49ers-Rams games. The 49ers have successfully kept wide receivers off the scoreboard in their last two games, but in their last MNF game, Tetairoa McMillan found the end zone.
