Bettors love a longshot touchdown parlay. I have provided the three best options to fill your bet slips. These anytime touchdown bets work well as a single bet, pieces of a parlay, or even an add-on to a sports equinox parlay tonight with Monday Night Football, the World Series, and the regular seasons for the NBA and NHL.
Continue reading for my three best Washington Commanders vs Kansas City Chiefs anytime touchdown picks for Monday Night Football (8:15 pm ET).
Best Commanders vs Chiefs TD Scorer Picks
All three players I’m targeting tonight – Rashee Rice, Jacory Croskey-Merritt, and Kareem Hunt – are even-money or considerably longer in the anytime touchdown scorer props.
WSH vs KC Touchdown Pick #1: Rashee Rice Anytime TD (+100, bet365)
After serving a six-game suspension, Rashee Rice returned in a huge way last week, scoring two touchdowns in Kansas City’s shutout win over Las Vegas. Rice got 10 targets, catching seven. His seven catches turned into 42 yards and the aforementioned pair of touchdowns.
Dating back to last season, Rice has scored in three of his last four games. The only game he did not score in that span was the Week 4 (2024) Chargers game in which he left with an injury. In his 21-game career, Rice has scored 11 touchdowns. He also has one career playoff touchdown in four games played. Last week was his first multi-score game of his career.
The logic in this bet is that Rice will be the go-to option in the red zone. He has been heavily targeted (7.36 targets) in his career, and many of these are in key situations. Other weapons in the Kansas City offense offer big-play potential, including Hollywood Brown and Tyquan Thornton, but Rice is the conduit through which the Chiefs flow in must-have situations.
Of Rice’s 12 career touchdown (including playoffs), 10 of them came within the 15-yard line. With Travis Kelce’s advanced age, Rice is the best bet for Kansas City to score in tight windows because of his exceptional quickness and space-creating ability.
WSH vs KC Touchdown Pick #2: Jacory Croskey-Merritt Anytime TD (+201, Underdog)
Even in losses the last two weeks, Jacory Croskey-Merritt has been a featured presentation of the Washington offense. He has at least 14 touches in each of the last three weeks, and he has had at least nine touches in six of seven games. Croskey-Merritt has four total touchdowns, including two in Washington’s win over the Chargers in Week 5.
The Commanders have played coy, occasionally attempting to use the likes of Deebo Samuel (as a runner or receiver), Chris Rodriguez, and Jeremy McNichols. Still, Croskey-Merritt leads the team in touches by a wide margin. Croskey-Merritt has 73 rushes on the season, 47 more than any other running back.
The other backs have long shot odds (McNichols: +1050 on BetRivers; Rodriguez: +1100 on ESPN Bet), so a vulture touchdown would be quite lucrative for those bettors, but it seems to be a fool’s errand to predict the non-Croskey-Merritt touchdown scorer. Croskey-Merritt is the only Commander with more than one rushing touchdown this season.
Commanders vs Chiefs TD Pick #3: Kareem Hunt Anytime TD (+350, FanDuel)
Kareem Hunt has been on the injury report throughout the week with ankle and knee injuries, but he was a full participant on Saturday. He has no injury designation for the game itself.
Hunt has scored three touchdowns in seven games this season, nearly matching his pace last season of seven in 13 games. In his Chiefs career, he has 38 total touchdowns in 51 games played, including the playoffs.
I mentioned Rice’s role in creating space in the red zone, and Hunt does something similar in the ground game. He has not been explosive at all since returning to the Chiefs, but he is effective. Since returning, he has an exceptional 55.3% success rate on his 253 rush attempts. Hunt is a first-down and touchdown machine, particularly on third-and-short or fourth-and-short situations.
While Hunt is the second banana in the Kansas City backfield, he has been the go-to scoring option. Isiah Pacheco has been productive this season, but he has just three total touchdowns in his last 14 games. The odds do not reflect Hunt’s role in the offense, giving an edge to Hunt’s anytime touchdown prop.
