The 2026-27 NFL playoff odds are already open at both DraftKings Sportsbook and the prediction site Kalshi (where users can buy/sell contracts with each other).
The table below lists the opening NFL playoff odds at DraftKings alongside the latest “yes” price for each team at Kalshi. The final column lists which site is currently offering the better price.
NFL Playoff Odds 2026-27
The opening NFL playoff odds at DraftKings list the Bills (-360) and Ravens (-340) with the shortest odds. They are the only two teams shorter than -300. Buffalo’s -360 price carries an implied win probability of 78.26%, while Baltimore’s -340 price is just behind at 77.27%
The Bills also have the best chance according to Kalshi prices, with the “yes” on Buffalo to make the playoffs last trading at 84¢. Buy a “yes” contract at 84¢ means that you will profit 16¢ on each contract if the Bills earn a postseason berth, which is equivalent to a -525 moneyline.
Eagles Huge Playoff Favorites at Kalshi
One team which shows a massive discrepancy from DraftKings to Kalshi is the 2025 Super Bowl-champion Philadelphia Eagles, who are priced at 82¢ at Kalshi (equal to a -456 moneyline) and just -215 at DraftKings.
Bettors would have to wager $215 on Philadelphia to profit $100 at DraftKings. They would have to wager roughly $456 to profit the same $100 at Kalshi.
At this point, DraftKings has better prices on the vast majority of teams. The outliers are the
- Rams: -290 at DraftKings vs 72¢ at Kalshi (equal to a -257 moneyline)
- Chiefs: -0235 at DraftKings vs 63¢ at Kalshi (equal to a -170 moneyline)
- Bengals: -140 at DraftKings vs 56¢ at Kalshi (equal to a -127 moneyline)
- Saints: +205 at DraftKings vs 30¢ at Kalshi (equal to a +233 moneyline)
Cardinals, Dolphins Open with Longest Playoff Odds
The worst (i.e. longest) odds to make the playoffs at DraftKings belong to the Arizona Cardinals by a pretty wide margin. Arizona is priced at +1600 (5.88% implied probability). The second-longest odds belong to the Miami Dolphins at +1300 (7.14% implied probability).
At Kalshi, however, the Dolphins have the lowest “yes” price so far at just 15¢ (equal to a +567 moneyline). The “yes” on the Cardinals is trading at a stunning 34¢, which is tantamount to a +194 moneyline. DO NOT BUY ARIZONA CONTRACTS AT THAT PRICE.
The Kalshi markets are still in their infancy and are highly inefficient at the moment. The Cardinals yes/no prices are a perfect case-in-point: while the yes on Arizona is trading at 34¢, the “no” contracts (which will cash if Arizona misses the playoffs) last traded at 94¢, which is equal to a -1567 moneyline price.
Those two prices together amount to a horrendous 28¢ vig.
The table below lists the top-10 teams in Kalshi’s NFL playoff market. If you haven’t signed up at Kalshi yet, you can click the table to claim SBD’s exclusive sign-up bonus. Just be careful to assess each market individually; if the vig is over 6% or 7%, you can probably find better prices at a traditional sportsbook.
