The NFL Week 16 odds have been posted for all games on the slate. The antepenultimate week of the season features some massive games in both the AFC and NFC playoff races. The table below sets out the opening spread, moneyline, and total for all 16 games on the docket.
With the NCAAF entering bowl season, the NFL will takeover Saturday with a pair of divisional matchups: Eagles vs Commanders (5:00 pm ET) and Packers vs Bears (8:20 pm ET).
NFL Week 16 Odds
The biggest spread of the week comes from the Raiders/Texans game in Houston, where the Texans (winners of five straight) have opened as 11.5-point home chalk over the Raiders (losers of seven in a row).
The Chiefs/Titans mismatch in Tennessee also has a double-digit spread, with Kansas City opening as an 11.5-point road favorite.
The highest total is 50.5 in Bengals/Dolphins, despite Cincinnati currently getting shutout at home in Week 15 by the Ravens (17-0 late in the 4th quarter).
The lowest total is a meager 37.5 points in Raiders/Texans. It’s a serious rarity that the highest spread and lowest total come from the same game.

Opening Rams vs Seahawks Odds
In arguably the biggest game of the week, Rams vs Seahawks has opened as a pick’em, with both teams listed at -110 on the moneyline.
The total has opened at 46.5 points, a number these teams stayed well under in their Week 11 meeting – a 21-19 Rams victory at home, which included a long missed field goal by the Seahawks on the final play of the game.
If both teams hold serve in Week 15, the winner of this game will hold top seed (and lone bye) in the NFC with just two games to play.
Opening Packers vs Bears Odds
The other game with a strong argument for the “game of the week” mantle is Packers vs Bears in Chicago.
Green Bay has opened as a field-goal favorite on the road, with the total at 46.5.
Green Bay held on for a 28-21 home win when they met on Thanksgiving.
