Biggest Spread in NFL Week 3 Odds
The biggest spread on the board by a wide margin comes from Dolphins/Bills, where Buffalo (2-0 SU, 2-0 ATS) is laying nearly 12.5 points at home against the winless Dolphins, who are also 0-2 against the spread.
Buffalo owns a 41-40 win over Baltimore as 1.5-point home underdogs, and a 40-10- rout of the Jets as 6.5-point road favorites. Miami was embarrassed 33-8 by Indianapolis in Week 1 as one-point road underdogs, and fell 33-27 to the Patriots in Week 2 as 2.5-point home favorites.
Both teams are 1-1 O/U.
Buffalo beat Miami twice last year, 31-10 on the road and 30-27 at home. Those two wins extended the Bills’ overall win streak against Miami to six games.
Highest Total in NFL Week 3 Odds
Only one total from Week 3 is over the 50-point plateau, and that’s from the opening MNF odds between the Detroit Lions (1-1 SU, 1-1 ATS, 1-1 O/U) and Ravens (1-1, 1-1 ATS, 2-0 O/U). The total has opened at 51.5 with -110 odds each way.
Baltimore is averaging an NFL-high 40.5 PPG through two weeks, and Baltimore games are averaging an NFL-high 69.5 PPG. Lamar Jackson and company suffered a heartbreaking 41-40 loss to the Bills in Week 1, blowing a 15-point lead in the final four minutes. They rebounded in Week 2, routing the Browns 41-17 as 12.5-point home chalk.
The Lions offense rebounded from a disappointing 26-13 Week 1 loss at Green Bay with a sensational 52-21 victory over the Bears, covering and then some as 6.5-point home favorites.
