Two NFC North bitter rivals square off Saturday evening, with the 9-7-1 Packers battling the 11-6 Bears in the NFC Wild Card (8:00 pm ET/5:00 PT). Surprisingly it’s just the third time these two have ever met in the postseason with the NFL playoff bracket showing Chicago as the #2 seed and Green Bay #7.

Packers vs Bears Touchdown Scorer #1: Christian Watson

For my first player to find the end zone I’m selecting Packers enigmatic wide receiver Christian Watson. When healthy, he’s a big time threat, but he was limited to just ten games this season. However, in his first matchup versus the Bears, Watson went off to the tune of four catches (on four targets) for 89 yards and a pair of TD’s.

While he didn’t have quite as dominant of a contest in the rematch vs CHI (two catches for 17 yards), I trust him more than most Packers to get a TD, which is reflective of their players’ odds. Romeo Doubs is inconsistent with his big games and Jayden Reed has just one touchdown this season (seven games). Chicago allowed 32 passing touchdown strikes in the regular season, ranking fifth worst in the NFL. Watson can take advantage of this and secure a TD.

GB vs CHI Touchdown Scorer #2: Jahdae Walker

For my second selection, I’m searching for some value for a longshot anytime TD scorer, and my sights are firmly set on Chicago’s Jahdae Walker. The undrafted WR hadn’t registered a catch in his rookie season until Week 16 against Green Bay. In that contest, Walker snagged his first career touchdown against his opponent that he’ll be dueling today vs GB.

He followed that up with a solid two receptions for 30 yards vs SF, and in the final week of the regular season, snagged yet another TD against the Lions. Chicago will be much healthier at the wideout position, with Rome Odunze and D.J. Moore expected back for this one, which is why Walker’s odds are pushed down to +900 to record an anytime TD. With him finding pay dirt twice in three weeks, I love the longshot play on this one.

Packers vs Bears Prop Pick: Colston Loveland Under 47.5 Receiving Yards

At first blush, I was all set to tout Colston Loveland to continue his torrid tear, as he’s racked up 185 yards on 16 catches with two touchdowns the last two weeks. However, he’s facing a Packers D that’s allowed the sixth fewest yards to tight ends on the campaign (44.6 YPG on average, 759 total yards).

In addition, Loveland’s two meetings vs GB in Weeks 14 and 16, he put up just 30 and 29 yards, plus as I stated earlier, CHI will have two huge pieces to their offense back with Rome Odunze and D.J. Moore, which will cut into Loveland’s numbers.
