The Buffalo Bills fight to keep their perfect 4-0 season going as they square off with their bitter rivals, the 2-2 New England Patriots. Headed into Week 5, Buffalo is one of two undefeated teams (Philadelphia), and they’re up against an upstart Pats squad that has lost six of eight against Josh Allen and company. The Bills have been particularly pesky at Highmark Stadium, winning 14 straight, dating back to November 2023.

There’s a lot of money to be made in NFL player props, and I’ve compiled my three favorite prop bets, below, including a touchdown-scorer bet in the Week 5 SNF odds.

Patriots vs Bills Prop Pick #1: Drake Maye Over 31.5 Rush Yards

The Buffalo Bills have been very very bad this season at stopping the run. They’re getting torched on the ground, giving up 164.3 yards per game, second worst in the NFL. They’ve also been particularly bad against fellow QB’s, with three of four matchups this season resulting in a quarterback rushing for 49 yards or more.

Taking it a step further, including last postseason, a pivot has rushed for 39 or more yards in six of seven battles versus Buffalo. This year, the Bills have surrendered 199 yards on the ground to QB’s, worst in the NFL. Drake Maye has used his legs a solid amount this year, with 24 rush attempts, going over the listed 31.5 total twice.

• Drake Maye Over 31.5 Rush Yards (-110)

NE vs BUF Player Prop #2: Rhamondre Stevenson Over 32.5 Rush Yards

Rhamondre Stevenson’s rushing total is set at 32.5 in this one, something he’s gone over in two of four outings this year, and seven of his last 11 contests, dating back to last season. For his career, Stevenson has rushed for at least 34 yards in all five meetings against the Bills.

As previously mentioned, Buffalo is having a really tough time stopping the run, so I feel comfortable doubling down on rushing props versus them, despite New England ranking 25th in rushing offense. Interestingly, Buffalo has the stingiest passing defense, where they’ve allowed a paltry 125.8 yards per duel, and that opens the door for Stevenson to have a big game.

This pick aligns with Brady Trettenero’s selection in his Patriots vs Bills picks, where he also thinks Stevenson will have a strong game.

• Rhamondre Stevenson Over 32.5 Rush Yards (-114)

Moving over to the Patriots vs Bills touchdown scorer props, James Cook has the shortest odds to record a TD at -210. The player most likely to find the end zone for the Patriots is Hunter Henry at +220.

Patriots vs Bills Prop Pick #3: Dalton Kincaid Anytime TD

Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid has been making a habit of finding pay dirt this season, recording a TD in three of four contests, hauling in the most touchdown catches on Buffalo. Seven other players in this outing have shorter odds to pick up a touchdown, so there’s a solid amount of value on Kincaid.

He’s very much a favorite weapon of Josh Allen, with 14 receptions on 18 targets for 179 yards. New England has surrendered the seventh most yardage to TE’s (252) and has given up a pair of touchdowns to tight ends on the campaign, making Kincaid a solid option to find the end zone.
