With the Thanksgiving and Black Friday NFL games, Week 13 is already underway. There are still plenty of intriguing matchups this weekend to bet on.

In my NFL picks against the spread last week, I went 2-0-1 with my best bets. I am targeting three underdogs to cover this week.

NFL ATS Pick #1: Browns +4.5 vs 49ers

Are the 49ers a better team than the Browns? Absolutely. Will this game be closer than it should be? I think so.

Cleveland’s defense is no joke, especially at home. San Francisco has to travel across the country to Cleveland to play in the early window on Sunday in a game against an AFC opponent. They are also coming off a short week after playing on Monday Night Football last week. This is a weird spot for the 49ers.

It might have been against the Raiders, but Shedeur Sanders gave the Browns offense a little bit of life. He will now have another week of practice under his belt, and the 49ers defense is beatable due to all their injuries on that side of the ball.

Brock Purdy struggled with three interceptions at home against Carolina last week, and now he has to play in Cleveland, where there is a chance of snow. This Browns defense should feast and keep this game within four points. I am betting on Shedeur Sanders to go 2-0 against the spread as a starter.

NFL Week 13 Pick: Browns +4.5 (-105)

NFL ATS Pick #2: Cardinals +4.5 vs Buccaneers

The Cardinals might be 3-8, but they have played a lot better than their record, especially since Jacoby Brissett became the starter. They now face a Tampa Bay Buccaneers team that has struggled against the pass.

Over their last three games, Tampa Bay has given up 106 total points combined.

Arizona’s defense has also improved with their rookies Walter Nolen and Will Johnson playing well. It sounds like Baker Mayfield will play, but he won’t be 100% after hurting his shoulder.

I like getting 4.5 points with the Cardinals to keep this game close.

NFL ATS Pick #3: Commanders +5.5 vs Broncos

The Broncos have won eight in a row, but six of them have come within four points. I believe this will be another close game on Sunday Night Football.

Both teams are coming off the bye, so I like getting points with the home team in primetime.

Denver’s defense is elite, but their offense has been inconsistent. The Broncos are also a much different team when playing on the road vs at home.

Washington’s defense has not been good, but I cannot trust Bo Nix to cover this large of a spread on the road in a primetime game.

Jayden Daniels has a chance to play, and even if it is Marcus Mariota, I believe the Commanders can muster up enough offense to keep this game within one score.
