We have reached the second half of the NFL season. The trade deadline has passed, and there are a lot of great matchups to look forward to in NFL Week 10.

In my NFL picks against the spread for this weekend, I am targeting two underdogs and one favorite to cover.

NFL ATS Pick #1: Vikings +4.5 vs Ravens

Both of these teams are heading into Week 10 with some momentum. The Ravens got Lamar Jackson back and beat the Dolphins 28-6 on Thursday Night Football, and the Vikings upset the Lions on the road in JJ McCarthy’s first start since Week 2.

This is a good spot for the Vikings at home. The Ravens are coming off a mini bye, and Lamar Jackson is just 11-14 against the spread when playing on extended rest.

Baltimore’s defense has gotten healthier, but they still allowed the Dolphins to move up and down the field on them. It would have been a much different game if the Dolphins had not repeatedly shot themselves in the foot. Kevin O’Connell and the Vikings will not do that.

The Ravens are still fighting for their playoff life, but this is a weird one going on the road to face an NFC team. This game matters for the record, but not for any tiebreakers.

This should be a high-scoring game, and JJ McCarthy is getting more and more comfortable every week. He should play well enough to keep Minnesota within the number.

I am getting over a field goal with the home team that has a better defense. Give me the Vikings to cover the spread on Sunday.

NFL Week 10 Pick: Vikings +4.5 (-114)

NFL ATS Pick #2: Buccaneers -2.5 vs Patriots

Tampa Bay is coming off their bye, and Baker Mayfield is 6-4 against the spread on extended rest with the Buccaneers.

The Patriots have won six in a row and are in sole possession of first place in the AFC East, but they have had the easiest strength of schedule so far, so this will be a big test for them on Sunday.

I believe New England will struggle on the road against an NFC team, and even if they start fast and get an early lead, the Buccaneers are never truly out of it with Baker Mayfield.

The Patriots have the worst redzone defense in the NFL, allowing a touchdown on 15 of 20 redzone drives. I trust the Buccaneers defense to make enough plays in this game to limit Drake Maye and co.

Tampa Bay beat the Saints by 20 points, then they went into their bye. They are well-rested and should be able to win this game by at least a field goal.

NFL ATS Pick #3: 49ers +4.5 vs Rams

San Francisco won outright as 8.5-point underdogs against the Rams earlier this year on the road. Now, they play the Rams at home in Week 10.

Kyle Shanahan keeps finding ways to win, despite all of their injuries. He has also been great when facing Sean McVay. Shanahan is 6-3 against the spread vs McVay, and he is 3-1 ATS as a home underdog against him.

The Rams have been rolling and are 3-1 on the road, but those wins came against the Titans, the Ravens without Lamar Jackson, and the Jaguars in London. San Francisco will be a tougher task.

The underdog in this head-to-head matchup is 13-1 against the spread over the last 14 meetings, and San Francisco has enough talent to keep this game close and potentially win outright.

These teams know each other well, so I love getting over a field goal for the home team in this divisional matchup.
