A wild Week 2 is in the books and the opening NFL Week 3 odds have been posted. The Super Bowl 60 odds have also been updated, which means we can calculate the NFL Week 3 Power Rankings.
The table below sets out the Week 3 NFL Power Rankings for all 32 teams, along with their position last week.
NFL Week 3 Power Rankings
The Ravens and Bills flip-flopped at the top of the board, with Baltimore retaking the #1 spot after a 41-10 demolition of the Browns. The bottom four teams stayed the same, with the Panthers joining that quartet in an effective five-way last-place tie.

Bengals the Biggest Losers Due to Burrow Injury
It’s a nightmare, but not unfamiliar, storyline for Cincinnati Bengals fans. Start QB Joe Burrow, who was a top-five favorite in the NFL MVP odds, suffered a significant toe injury on Sunday against the Jaguars, one that required surgery and will keep him out at least three months. (For those keeping track at home, that means Burrow won’t be back until Week 16 at the earliest.)
While backup Jake Browning had his moments in a 31-27 comeback win over the Jags, the also threw three interceptions and obviously represents a significant downgrade from former first-overall pick Burrow.
The Bengals were 10th in the Week 2 Power Rankings and have fallen all the way to 20th, despite sporting a 2-0 record. No other team fell more than five spots (Bears, Steelers).
Colts Biggest Risers After Last-Second Comeback Win Over Broncos
The Indianapolis Colts jumped up seven spots from 23rd to 16th thanks to an impressive 29-28 win over the Denver Broncos, which moved Indy to 2-0, a game ahead of Jacksonville at the top of the AFC South standings and two clear of winless Houston and Tennessee.
The Daniel Jones renaissance, or perhaps naissance since he never posted a passer rating better than 92.5 in his six-year career, is real. The 2019 sixth-overall pick has completed 71.4% of his passes for 588 yards, two touchdowns, and no interceptions.
Jonathan Taylor is making an early bid for Offensive Player of the Year, with 236 rushing yards and 313 all-purpose yards through two weeks, which leads the entire NFL.
Other teams making significant upwards moves in the NFL Week 3 Power Rankings include:
- Buccaneers (from 14th to 10th)
- Falcons (from 22nd to 18th)
- Rams (from 11th to 8th)
