In a game that will be televised by CBS, the Bills are 14-point favorites and the over/under is 45.5 points in the NFL odds.
It is expected to be a blustery day in Western New York with partly sunny skies, a high of 57 and winds from the southwest at 14-16 mph and gusts up to 32 mph.
Steelers Prop: Najee Harris Rushing/Receiving Yards Odds
The focus with the Steelers so far this season has been on the quarterback position. Mitch Trubisky started the first four games, but coach Mike Tomlin has made it clear Pickett is now the starter.
Lost in all the QB news is running back Najee Harris having a disappointing second season after rushing for 1,200 yards as a rookie last year.

Harris is averaging just 3.5 yards a carry with 202 yards in 58 attempts. He has 10 catches for just 48 yards after having 74 receptions as a rookie.
Last week against the Jets, Harris seemed to get untracked a bit on the ground as he finished with 74 yards on 18 carries. However, he did not have any receptions.
Najee Harris Rushing/Receiving Yards Game by Game
Game | Touches | Rushing/Receiving Yards | Touchdowns |
---|---|---|---|
9/11 Bengals | 12 | 26 | 1 |
9/18 Patriots | 20 | 89 | 0 |
9/22 Browns | 18 | 61 | 1 |
10/2 Jets | 18 | 74 | 0 |
The Bills have an elite defense, ranking first in the NFL overall and against the pass and third against the run. Yards figure to be tough to come by for Harris and the Steelers.
Pick: Najee Harris Under 72.5 Rushing/Receiving Yards -115 (1 unit)
Bills Prop: Devin Singletary Receiving Yards Odds
The Bills wide receiver corps is banged up. Isaiah McKenzie (concussion) is questionable, Jamison Crowder (broken ankle) and Jake Kumerow (sprained ankle) have been ruled out and Gabe Davis has been hobbled by an ankle injury in recent weeks.
While Stefon Diggs is still WR1 and third in the league with 406 receiving yards, Allen is lacking secondary options in the passing game.
However, running back Devin Singletary has helped fill the void with his ability to catch the ball out of the backfield. He has 13 receptions for 125 yards and one touchdown in the last two games.

Singletary’s 17 receptions for the season rank second on the team behind Diggs’ 31. The Steelers defense is 21st in the NFL in pass defense, so Singletary should be able to showcase his receiving skills again this week in NFL Week 5 player props.
Pick: Devin Singletary Over 17.5 Receiving Yards -135 (1 unit)

Odds as of October 8th at BetMGM.
Buffalo’s Stefon Diggs is the only player listed as an odds-on favorite to score a TD at -140.
Josh Allen Anytime Touchdown Scorer Odds
Allen is a threat to run at any time and has 30 carries for 183 yards so far this season. He scored his second rushing touchdown of the season last week against the Ravens.
Allen now has 33 career TDs on the ground. That ranks second in NFL history for a quarterback in his first five seasons behind the 43 scored by Cam Newton from 2011-15 with the Carolina Panthers.

With reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year T.J. Watt out with a pectoral injury, the Steelers will likely have a hard time containing Allen. Thus, it is easy to envision Allen, who has +288 NFL MVP odds, scoring at least once with his legs Sunday.
Pick: Josh Allen Anytime TD Scorer +130 (0.5 units)
