Liverpool’s lead at the top of England’s Premier League remains at a massive 25 points after Manchester City’s chance of slightly narrowing the gap was halted by the postponement of their home match against Arsenal.
This was the first cancellation in the EPL caused by the outbreak of Coronavirus.
The competition may be hit by more postponements or orders to play games behind closed doors.
Meanwhile, it is business as usual for now.

Odds taken Mar. 12
EPL Matchday 30 Pick 1: Bournemouth vs Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace have a better record away from home than several of the bigger clubs in the EPL and they are heading to struggling Bournemouth on Saturday at the right time.
Roy Hodgson’s Palace team have won their last three matches and look good value for a win at +200 on March 14, at Vitality Stadium, Bournemouth, 11:00 am EST.

They are in ninth place after a run of victories which began with a 1-0 win at home against Newcastle United on February 22.
That was followed by a 1-0 win at Brighton and Hove Albion and then by a home 1-0 win against Watford.
Significantly, as they head to struggling Bournemouth, all those wins were against sides in the lower half of the table.
Crystal Palace have the sixth best away record in the EPL with four wins, five draws and five defeats.
Each was achieved by a single goal proving once again that veteran coach Hodgson knows how to make his team well-organized enough to stubbornly achieve results with limited resources.
Leading scorer Jordan Ayew has eight EPL goals this season and hit the winner in each of those most recent two wins.

Bournemouth have taken only one point in a current run of three defeats and one draw and are presently stuck in the relegation zone in 18th place.
Since an unexpected win away at Chelsea on December 12, they have lost eight times in 12 fixtures – drawing twice and winning only two games.
Their home record is the 16th worst in the competition with only four wins, five draws and five defeats.
Pick: Crystal Palace +200
EPL Matchday 30 Pick 2: Brighton vs Arsenal
Arsenal have won their last three games during an unbeaten run of eight matches.
But they drew four successive league games ahead of their current up-turn in form.
So the draw at +230 looks good value for their trip to Brighton on Saturday on March 14, Amex Stadium, Brighton, at 11:00 am EST.

Furthermore, Brighton have not won in nine games although that league run includes six draws.
All three of Arsenal’s current run of victories have come at home, with the scheduled away game at Manchester City postponed twice in recent weeks.
In fact, Arsenal have drawn eight times on the road in 13 games in this league campaign – drawing three and winning twice.
It should also be noted that all three of Arsenal’s current run of victories have come at home, with the scheduled away game at Manchester City postponed twice in recent weeks.
This should further swing judgment in favor of a draw on the South Coast this weekend.
Albion’s match against Arsenal this Saturday remains scheduled to go ahead as planned, in line with government advice, and following consultation with the Premier League and medical advisors.#BHAFC 🔵⚪️

Alternatively, +125 odds for an Arsenal win is interesting, too.
Arsenal’s leading scorer is Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang with 20 goals. He hit the target in the recent 4-0 win at home against Newcastle and got two more in the subsequent 3-2 defeat of Everton at the Emirates Stadium.
Alexandre Lacazette scored in last weekend’s home 1-0 defeat of West Ham United.
Brighton have staged six draws in 14 home fixtures. With four wins and four defeats, this gives them the 14th worst statistics on their own patch in the EPL.
Pick: Draw +230
EPL Matchday 30 Pick 3: West Ham Utd vs Wolves
West Ham have won only once in nine matches. But there has been an improvement in recent performances as they battle to escape from the relegation zone.
A price of +215 for a draw on Sunday at home against Wolverhampton Wanderers looks good value on March 15, London Stadium, at 10:00 am EST.

Wolves have drawn three and won two of their last five league games. But they are scheduled for an arduous trip to Athens in the Europa League to face Olympiacos today.
They are reluctant to play the game because of the Coronavirus crisis.

It’s their 48th fixture of a hectic season and they could be mentally and physically tired in the capital this weekend.
West Ham defeated Southampton 3-1 in their most recent home game and, before that, drew 3-3 at home against Brighton.
Pick: Draw +215
