With the Premier League title race already wrapped up, the hunt for a top-four finish and a spot in Europe still remains tight. Chelsea and Leicester City are right on each other’s heels in third and fourth, but an in-form Manchester United squad is showing the potential to also grab a Champions League spot with just four matchdays remaining.
As for the Europa League berths, it’s still a toss-up to who will grab the sixth spot. Just a few points separate Wolves, Sheffield, Arsenal, and Burnley for the last place in Europe. With this in mind, every fixture is crucial for all of these sides as we inch closer to the end of this term.

Pick 1: Sheffield United vs Chelsea
Chris Wilder’s men welcome the Blues to Bramall Lane as they look to build off their huge victory over Wolverhampton on Wednesday. Sheffield struggled to get back into form when football returned, going winless in their first four matches. However, they’re now undefeated in their last three appearances.
Their three points against Wolves earlier in the week was crucial in regards to Europe, as they only sit one point behind them for the last and final Europa League spot. It’s going to be a difficult ending to the season though, with Chelsea, Leicester, Everton, and Southampton rounding out their schedule.

Frank Lampard’s side has been in wonderful form, losing just once in their last six matches across all competitions. They knocked out Leicester City in FA Cup play, while also beating Manchester City in league action. Christian Pulisic has been a breath of fresh air in the final third for the Blues, scoring three times in six appearances while creating absolute havoc amongst opposing backlines. Aside from their 3-2 defeat against West Ham, Chelsea has also looked relatively solid defensively, which previously seemed to be an issue before the hiatus. Given their form, it’s very likely that the Blues will secure a top-four finish this season.
On Matchday 4, these two played to a 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge after the Blades answered with two goals to take away a point. I believe it will be a hard-fought match once again, but Chelsea will come out on top by a goal.
Pick: Chelsea -167
Pick 2: Tottenham vs Arsenal
It will be a London Derby when Tottenham host the Gunners on Sunday at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Jose Mourinho’s men continue to struggle this term, winning just twice in their last five matches. A 0-0 draw with Bournemouth on Thursday was underwhelming, to say the least, and almost turned out to be a defeat for Spurs before a Cherries goal in injury time was overturned by VAR. Their quest for a top-six finish won’t get any easier when they take on Arsenal, who have been playing impressive football as of late.

Mikel Arteta’s squad is slowly turning things around as their hunt for a Europa League spot still remains possible. Going undefeated in their last five matches will certainly help their case, tying a quality Leicester City side 1-1 earlier in the week. These next three fixtures for the Gunners will be extremely tough though, with Spurs, Liverpool, then Man City ahead. This is the time for Arsenal to really show what they’re made of.
Given Arsenal’s form, I believe they will grab a vital three points on the road this weekend with a one-goal victory as they look to close the gap between them and Sheffield/Wolves.
Pick: Arsenal +177
Pick 3: Wolves vs Everton
Wolves will clearly want a shot at Champions League football next year after still remaining in Europa currently, so a win this weekend against Everton is crucial. If Man City does get banned from UCL, Wolverhampton would move up a spot, but only if they continue to put forward positive results.

Everton poses a serious threat to Wolves though. Carlo Ancelotti has dramatically improved this side since taking over as they currently sit in 11th place after a 1-1 draw with Southampton on Thursday. They got the better of Nuno Espirito Santo’s squad back in September, edging them by a 3-2 scoreline.
With Wolverhampton realizing just how important every fixture is right now in regards to a spot in Europe next season, I believe they will bring their best, beating the Toffees by two goals at Molineux Stadium on Sunday.
Pick: Wolves +116
