The “Oddcast” Podcast: Episode 3, Week 1 Picks

It’s finally here, you guys! NFL opening day! (And there was much rejoicing.)

This week, Eric and Sascha get you set for the season kickoff by breaking down every Week 1 game in the NFL. From the Steelers at Patriots, to the rookie QB duel in Tampa Bay, to a Sunday Night Football divisional showdown between the Giants and Cowboys, our resident betting gurus will tell you exactly how they would wager on each game against the spread.

Since this is their first week of game picks, we don’t know if one or both of them are pulling the wool over our eyes in terms of their “expertise”. But you can always tune in next week to see how they did!

At the end of the year, the winner will get a cool prize; the loser will get relocated to our offices in Estonia. With stakes that high, you can guarantee they did their research!

These two aren’t just (subjectively) good at game picks, either. According to them, they also “killed it” with their AFC and NFC divisional and postseason predictions. We’ll have to wait a little longer to see how those turn out, but that just gives you more time to ready your fiercest barbs for Sascha when the Bengals finish 7-9 and miss the playoffs.
