We’ve been waiting all day for Sunday Night, specifically SNF odds, which are in abundance at the best NFL betting apps.
Sunday Night Football is the perfect way to end your football weekend, and we have the latest odds for Ravens vs. Bills in Week 1 of SNF.
Week 1 SNF Odds: Ravens vs. Bills
There are technically two “SNF” games in Week 1, but one of those is being played on a Thursday. I do not work at NBC, so the first Sunday Night Football game of the season is the one being played on Sunday: Ravens vs. Bills.
Here are the latest odds for Week 1’s actual SNF game.

Baltimore Ravens Week 1 Notes
Key injuries: TBD
Team news: The Ravens have been very good on Sunday Night Football, going 21-14 all-time. Much of that success has come at home, however, as they are 8-9 in SNF road games.
Buffalo Bills Week 1 Notes
Key injuries: TBD
Team news: The Bills are 17-12 all-time on SNF, and have been nearly unbeatable at home, going 9-1 in the showcase game.
2025 SNF Schedule
Sunday Night Football is played at 8:20 p.m. ET throughout the NFL season. NBC will call two games played on Thursdays “Sunday Night Football” because of branding, and those are in Week 1 and Week 13 (Thanksgiving).
There will also be a Saturday game flexed to primetime late in the season which will carry the SNF branding.
The first Thursday game is Cowboys at Eagles on Sept. 4, while the second is Bengals at Ravens on Nov. 27. Below are the actual Sunday night games, excluding Week 18, which is determined in the final week of the season.
What is Sunday Night Football?
Sunday has long been the NFL’s day in the fall, but Sunday Night Football did not become a regular, weekly staple until 1987.
Limited packages of SNF began in 1978, and picked up on a more weekly basis late in the year in 1987, with ESPN carrying the torch from then through 2005. TNT also carried SNF games from 1990-97.
But SNF as we know it is nearing its 20th anniversary on NBC, as that began in the 2006 season.
When Does SNF Start Each Season?
SNF starts in Week 1 and runs through Week 18 of the NFL season.
The first game branded as SNF is actually played on a Thursday, as the season opener.
Where Can I Watch SNF?
NBC holds exclusive broadcast rights for Sunday Night Football, and has since 2006.
What Time Does SNF Kickoff?
Sunday Night Football games kick off at 8:20 p.m. ET each week.
Do All Teams Play on SNF?
No, not all teams have a SNF game each year. Sunday Night Football games are typically considered marquee games each week, so they typically include some of the best teams in the league, or the biggest rivalries.
Is SNF Part of Fantasy Football Matchups?
Yes, SNF games are part of your fantasy matchups each week.
Like with Monday Night Football, having players on Sunday Night Football could make managing potential injuries more difficult, as you won’t know a player’s status until later in the day.
SNF Betting Strategies & Trends
Sunday Night Football is a major betting event each week, as it’s a standalone game closing out the day’s NFL slate.
Unders Have Slight Edge on SNF
Unders were 11-9-1 during the 2024 season on SNF, with most of those hitting early in the season.
In general, games were hitting incredibly close to the posted total, so this isn’t a major movement. But while TNF and MNF games are trending toward Overs lately, SNF remains neutral-to-Under.
Home Teams Dominate SNF
What happens when you take 10s of thousands of football fans, give them an entire day to watch football and party, then put them in the same stadium to yell at the visiting team? Well, home victories, of course.
Home teams were 16-4 on SNF in 2024, which is a win percentage of .800, way above the nearly 55% clip that home teams typically win at throughout the NFL season.
SNF odds are the betting lines placed on the weekly NFL Sunday Night Football matchup.
Sunday Night Football odds get an early release after the schedule is announced in the spring. But after the season starts, odds typically become available after the teams playing have both finished their previous week’s game.
Bets available for all NFL games are also available for SNF games. That includes spread, moneyline, total, player props, team props, ATTD bets and more.
No, SNF odds are much like any other NFL game. Oddsmakers still use analytical tools, current performance and any major injuries to build SNF odds.
Injuries can play a big role in the odds for SNF or any NFL game, depending on the player. Quarterback injuries, for instance, can cause a major shift in a line.
This page has the latest SNF odds for the upcoming week. You can also find SNF odds at top online sportsbooks like BetMGM, DraftKings, FanDuel, bet365, Fanatics and Caesars.
SNF games are not harder to bet on than regular NFL games. There is typically more public interest in SNF or any primetime game, so there’s a chance that could push odds to a favorable position.
