Circa Missouri: Legal Updates, Promo & App Review for 2025
Circa Sports is coming to Missouri, giving Show-Me State bettors access to one of the most well-respected sports betting brands in the US when Missouri sports betting apps launch on December 1, 2025.
Can you use Circa Sportsbook in Missouri? No, not today. But as one of two operators to receive an untethered sports betting license from the Missouri Gaming Commission, Circa will be one of the up to 14 online sports betting apps available in Missouri.
Keep reading for all you need to know about Circa ahead of the Missouri sports betting launch.
Is Circa Sports Legal in Missouri?
Circa has received a license to operate in Missouri, but it will not be able to start accepting bets until Dec. 1, 2025. It joined DraftKings as one of two betting operators to receive market access through an untethered license, beating out FanDuel in what many considered a surprise.
Sports betting in Missouri was legalized by popular vote in the November 2024 election.
Circa Sports Missouri Promo Code
With Circa being available in so few places – just Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky and Nevada – it’s tough to tell what type of welcome bonus it will offer Missouri bettors at launch.
In fact, it’s hard to say if it will offer one at all.
Circa has counted on its competitive odds, high limits and solid reputation, specifically among more seasoned bettors, to drive signups. While that will make for a great betting experience for Missourians, it could mean they’ll have to do it strictly with their own money.
How to Download and Register on the Circa Missouri App

That’s it. You are now ready to begin betting at Circa Sportsbook.
Circa Sportsbook App Review
The Circa Sportsbook app is remarkably simple in its design.
Online sports bettors used to interfaces that hit you in the face with promos and pre-made parlays might be shocked to see just a single banner above the odds.

There’s no promo section, because Circa isn’t concerned with promos, at least not yet. There’s no “parlay lounge” or sponsored bets because that’s not the type of thing that appeals to Circa’s main audience.
You also won’t encounter a same-game parlay builder, and don’t expect props on typical games to arrive any sooner than 24-36 hours prior to a game starting.
In a really odd quirk, you won’t always see the juice, or vig, that Circa has put on spreads or totals. That doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist, it just means that it’s set at the standard of -110, which you will see within your bet slip. If the odds stray from that, it will be listed.
Again, something that isn’t exactly catering toward newer, inexperienced bettors who wouldn’t know that’s the standard.
When they say it’s a sportsbook for sharps, they mean it. This feels as much like a Las Vegas retail sportsbook kiosk as any sports wagering app on the market. You will also likely get higher betting limits on the Circa app than you will see at other legal sports betting sites.
To further drive that point home, Circa Sports carries its highest App Store rating (3.5 stars) in Nevada, while the five other states range between 1.9 and 3.3 stars.
Types of Bets Available at Circa Missouri
Circa’s selling point is just the betting side of things, so let’s dive into what is available:
- Moneyline: A simple bet on who is going to win. NFL moneylines could look like Kansas City Chiefs (-115) / Philadelphia Eagles (+105), for instance. The Chiefs, listed with the negative number are the favorite, and the Eagles are the underdog. If you pick the right team to win, no matter how much they win by, you win.
- Spread betting: This is the most commonly referred to bet, especially in football. If the Chiefs are listed at -2.5 against the Eagles, the spread is 2.5 points. That means the Chiefs would have to win by three or more points for a spread bet on them to cash. A bet on the Eagles would win if the Eagles win by any score, or only lose by two or less.
- Total (Over/Under): This bet is on the total score for a game, and you bet whether you think it will finish Over or Under the posted total. For example, if the Chiefs beat the Eagles 24-20, and the total was 45.5, Under bets would cash.
- Parlays: While SGPs have become one of the most popular bet types at online sportsbooks, you won’t find those at Circa. You can parlay bets, though, which is combining multiple outcomes into a single bet. This gives you longer odds and a higher potential payout, but you also need every selection within your parlay to win for your bet to win.
- Props: Circa Missouri will provide game, team and player props for sporting events, but typically they won’t arrive until much closer to the game than you’ll find at other betting apps. A prop bet is betting on a specific event within a game to happen, like Patrick Mahomes to throw for over or under 245.5 yards.
- Futures: You can bet on the outcome of future events, like the Super Bowl champion, NFL or NBA MVP, Rookie of the Year, etc.
