---|---|---|---|
No. 17 North Carolina Tar Heels | +3.5 (-112) | +120 | 0 67 (-112) |
No. 10 Miami Hurricanes | -3.5 (-109) | -148 | U 67 (-109) |

Hurricanes Get Revenge on Tar Heels
Miami will be looking to finish the season as a one-loss team when they welcome North Carolina (7-3) to Hard Rock Stadium in Week 15. The Hurricanes will be looking for revenge after losing a close 28-25 game at the hands of the Tar Heels last season.
Miami is riding a five-game winning streak and now have the opportunity to make a final statement against one of the top teams in the ACC. The Hurricanes have dominated inferior opponents this season, but in their one contest against a true ACC contender, they were were decimated 42-17 by Clemson. Miami will be hungry to prove just how far they’ve come under second-year coach Manny Diaz and first-year OC Rhett Lashlee.

Miami’s pass attack has been a strength all season and should be the reason they cover the spread against UNC. Dual-threat QB D’Eriq King has thrown for 2,334 yards and 20 touchdowns and should have a big day against a UNC secondary allowing almost 250 yards per game. Tar Heels QB Sam Howell also has a strong arm and will keep the game close, but we’ve seen this UNC defense really struggle when up against mobile QBs of King’s nature.
Miami’s defense is coming off its first shutout of the season, a 48-0 win over Duke in which they forced five turnovers and held the Blue Devils to just 177 yards. The relentless Hurricane pass rush is coming off its best performance of the season and will force Howell to make a few mistakes Saturday.
Miami has more at stake in this one, including a potential 10-win regular season for the first time since 2017 and a New Year’s Six bowl game. Expect that motivation to show in the final result.
Pick: Miami Hurricanes -3.5 (-109)
#9 Georgia vs #25 Missouri Odds
Team | Spread | Moneyline | Total |
---|---|---|---|
No. 9 Georgia Bulldogs | -13.5 (-108) | -530 | 0 53.5 (-110) |
No. 25 Missouri Tigers | +13.5 (-113) | +380 | U 53.5 (-110) |
Tigers Cover Against Bulldogs
Georgia will look to end its regular season on a winning note when they travel to Missouri to face the Tigers at Faurot Field on Saturday. The Bulldogs have won two straight games, but now they have to facing a surging Missouri squad that has won three straight of their own.
Georgia has already missed out an SEC title game berth, so it’s hard to see them playing with much determination on Saturday. The Bulldogs have only covered the spread once in their last five games, while the Tigers are 5-2 ATS in their last seven and will be fired up after cracking the College Football Playoff rankings for the first time this season.

Georgia is the better all-around team, but the Tigers have some weapons that can help them keep the game within two touchdowns. Freshman QB Connor Bazelak is completing 69.4% of his passes and has thrown for over 2,000 yards, while senior RB Larry Rountree III has exploded for over 150 yards in back-to-back weeks. These two have been especially impressive at home, where the Tigers are 4-1 on the year.
As great as Georgia’s overall defense has been, the secondary has struggled this season and is allowing 263 yards per game through the air. The Tigers were able to torch a decent Arkansas secondary for 380 yards last weekend and should carry that momentum into Week 15. Georgia is more talented and should win behind another strong outing from QB JT Daniels, but the Tigers are playing great football right now and have the weapons to stay within the spread.
Pick: Missouri Tigers +13.5 (-113)
#15 USC vs UCLA Odds
Team | Spread | Moneyline | Total |
---|---|---|---|
No. 15 USC Trojans | -3.5 (-104) | -141 | 0 61.5 (-112) |
UCLA Bruins | +3.5 (-118) | +116 | U 61.5 (-109) |
Trojans Roll Over Bruins
USC will be looking to stay unbeaten and clinch a spot in the Pac-12 title game when they take on UCLA at the Rose Bowl in Week 15. The Trojans appear to be hitting their stride and are coming off a commanding 38-13 victory over Washington State last weekend.
The Trojans have the conference’s best QB in Kedon Slovis, who completed a season-high 78.1% of his passes for 287 yards and five touchdowns against the Cougars. He torched UCLA’s secondary for over 500 yards last season and shouldn’t have trouble replicating some of that success this time around.

UCLA has earned consecutive victories over Arizona and Arizona State, but they’ve had their issues defending strong passing attacks in losses to Oregon and Colorado. The Trojans have an elite receiving trio in Amon-Ra St. Brown, Drake London and Tyler Vaughns that should be able to exploit some key coverage matchups.
The Trojans defense is coming into its own under new DC Todd Orlando and now lead the Pac-12 in scoring defense (21.8 PPG). They also lead the nation in forced turnovers per game should come up with a few big plays against a UCLA offense that has been limited to under 30 points in back-to-back weeks. The Bruins are turning a corner under Chip Kelly, but the Trojans have more talent and will have extra motivation as they aim to become 5-0 for the first time in 14 years.
Pick: USC Trojans -3.5 (-104)
