EPL Odds – Arsenal vs Hull City

After a painful loss against Chelsea (2-0), Arsenal will be back in action this Saturday, October 18, as they host Hull City at the Emirates Stadium (10:00 a.m. Eastern).
The Gunners are favored to win, listed at -275 in the moneyline; Hull is at +650; and the draw sits at +400.
These teams have met seven times in the EPL, and Arsenal dominates the series with six wins and only one loss. Hull has mustered more than a goal against Arsenal just once in the seven matches, and that was back in the 2008/09 campaign.
The Gunners will visit Anderlecht on Wednesday in the third fixture of the UEFA Champions League, and they might be paying more attention to that matchup and looking past Hull City.
The loss to Chelsea is Arsenal’s only defeat of the EPL season, but the Gunners have only managed to take the full three points twice.
Hull City got off to a quick start in the EPL, winning its first match of the season (2-0) against QPR. They went winless in their next five, though, before defeating Crystal Palace (2-0) on October 4.
Currently, the Gunners sit eighth in the table with ten points (2W, 4D, 1L) and a +2 goal differential. Hull City is in 11th position with nine points (2W, 3D, 2L) and are even on goals.
Despite the relatively slow start for the Gunners, they are the superior team on paper and should get their third win of the season against Hull City on Saturday.
