  • Week 7 of the College Football season continues Saturday, Oct 11
  • Georgia Tech’s Haynes King is averaging 18 carries and 95 rushing yards per start
  • See below for my favorite College Football player props and best bets for Week 7

The college football season rolls on Saturday, with a full slate of games. That means a loaded menu of college football player props to choose from, and I’ve combed over the oddsboard to bring you my three favorite best bets to target.

College Football Week 7 Player Props – Best Bets (Oct. 11)

PropOdds (Sportsbook)
Haynes King (GT) Over 67.5 Rushing Yards-115 (at Bet365)
Brendan Sorsby (CIN) Over 242.5 Passing Yards-114 (at FanDuel)
J’Koby Williams (TTU) Over 62.5 Rushing Yards-119 (at BetMGM)

I’m starting my college football player prop best bets with over 67.5 rushing yards for Georgia Tech QB Haynes King. The premier dual-threat QB has been terrorizing enemy defenses this season, and Virginia Tech doesn’t stand much of a chance of slowing him down.

I’m also betting the over on Brendan Sorsby’s passing yards, banking on the Cincy QB continuing to play at an elite level. I’ll round out my card with over 62.5 rushing yards for Texas Tech RB J’Koby Williams, who faces a Kansas defense that is in over its head.

Week 7 College Football Player Prop: Haynes King Rushing Yards

King enters play averaging 18.5 carries and 95 rushing yards this season. The Yellow Jackets are two-touchdown favorites over the Hokies, and the best way for them to build margin is through King.

Haynes King 2025 Rushing Stats

StatTotal
Rushing Yards380

Yards / Carry5.2

The senior is ripping off long runs at a staggering rate, posting 12 rushes of 10+ yards already. Virginia Tech ranks 113th in the nation in opponent yards per play, and outside the top-70 in rushing yards and yards per carry allowed.

  • Haynes King Over 67.5 Rushing Yards (-115 at Bet365)

Week 7 College Football Player Prop: Brendan Sorsby Passing Yards

You won’t find Sorsby’s name on a Heisman Trophy odds ballot, but the Bearcats QB has been balling out lately. Sorsby is the highest graded QB per PFF, and has thrown for nearly 1,200 yards in his last three starts alone. He’s completing 66% of his passes this season, averaging 9.5 yards per attempt, and now faces a UCF defense as a double-digit favorite.

The Knights pass defense metrics are being propped up by a super soft schedule. They’ve yet to play a top-30 team, with three of their opponents ranked outside the top-90. They’ve shown signs of regression in the last two weeks, surrendering 61 points total to Kansas and Kansas State, and neither program features a QB with the talent of Sorsby.

  • Best Bet #2: Brendan Sorsby Over 242.5 Passing Yards (-114 at FanDuel)

Week 7 College Football Player Prop: J’Koby Williams Rushing Yards

If you want to talk about a dream spot, look no further than Williams’ matchup against the Jayhawks D. Kansas is outside the top-92 in yards per carry and yards per game, and grades out 83rd in run defense per PFF

Enter Williams, whose Red Raiders are massive favorites on Saturday night. Williams is fresh off a 20 carry, 109 yard rushing day against Houston, and is averaging over 15 touches a game. He’s more explosive than backfield mate Cameron Dickey, racking up more yards per carry, and nine 10+ yard rushes.

As always, make sure to price shop these lines. Williams rushing prop is 62.5 yards right now at BetMGM, while most other books are showing 71.5.

  • Best Bet #3: J’Koby Williams Over 62.5 Rushing Yards (-115 at BetMGM)
