Bears vs Commanders SGP Pick #1: Jacory Croskey-Merritt 60+ Rush Yards

The first leg of this SGP points me towards Jacory Croskey-Merritt having a big night in the running game. This season, the Bears have been struggling mightily against running backs, surrendering 164.5 yards per outing, second worst in the entire NFL.

Enter Jacory-Croskey-Merritt, who had his best output of his rookie season last week against the Chargers, piling up 111 yards. With Austin Ekeler on season-ending IR, JCM had the most carries he’s had in a game also, with 14 versus Los Angeles. His other two RB mates totaled just six carries between them.

Though he’s only put up 60+ yards in two of five contests thus far, I like him to torch an incredibly suspect Bears rushing attack. Instead of being overzealous and selecting a much higher output, I’ll keep this relatively attainable so we don’t lose on the first leg.

CHI vs WSH Same-Game Parlay Pick #2: Rome Odunze 60+ Receiving Yards

In his sophomore season, Rome Odunze, the 9th overall pick in the 2024 draft, has really found his footing. He’s chased a solid, if unspectacular, first tour around the NFL, where he had 734 yards and three TD’s, and is on pace for a much stronger second effort.

He’s facing a Commanders squad who is allowing the tenth most yards per game through the air at 235.0. Odunze has racked up at least 60 yards in his last three battles, with totals of 128, 62 and 69 yards. He leads the Bears with 296 yards on the campaign, and asking him to get 60+ yards again is very well within reach.

Bears vs Commanders SGP Pick #3: Rome Odunze Anytime Touchdown

If we’re going with Odunze to have a great game catching the ball, it stands to reason to pair that up with a touchdown to juice this SGP, as he’s +145 to find paydirt. That’s something Odunze has gotten very used to this year, doing so each time he’s competed, picking up five TD’s.

He’s just one touchdown from matching George Pickens and Amon-Ra St. Brown for most in football, and he’s played two less games than them. After not giving up a score in the first week, the Commanders have allowed eight TD’s by pass catchers in the last four times they’ve suited up.

Add it all up, and hitting on a +395 SGP would be a very nice payout for Monday Night Football.
