2018 US Open Men’s Odds

Player Odds
Novak Djokovic -110
Rafael Nadal +225
Juan Martin Del Potro +400
Kei Nishikori +1200

Novak Djokovic this short is not a surprise, he just won Wimbledon and was in the US Open final six times in seven years.

2018 US Open Men’s Top Contenders

Djokovic’s odds have continued to shorten, as he’s continued to win tournaments and play at a familiar level.

The only two finalists without a win are Kevin Anderson and Kei Nishikori, and they’re both listed pretty long. Kevin Anderson is healthy and having maybe his best-ever year, so I’m not sure why he’s listed longer than Nishikori, as Nishikori is coming back from injury.

US Open Women’s Odds

Player Odds
Serena Williams -140
Madison Keys +300
Naomi Osaka +450
Anastasija Sevastova +1000

Serena Williams is the favorite, having six championships will usually do that for you.

2018 US Open Women’s Top Contenders

The top of the odds sheet, again, was shelled in the early rounds. Serena Williams was the only of the pre-tournament betting favorites to make the semi-final.
