Ryan “Splash” Potts has written about sports for over 10 years, covering MLB, the NFL, the NBA, and college sports. Formerly a credentialed NFL media member, he covered a Super Bowl and several NFL Drafts. In recent years, Ryan has waded into the waters of podcast creation and YouTube creation, focusing on MLB and the NFL respectively. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a journalism degree. In high school, Ryan won the national championship for sports and entertainment trivia. He is a stats nerd who frequents the Sports-Reference websites in his free time with an eye on history and the storytelling of sports. He has created gambling content since 2019 including weekly NFL pick segments, MLB same-game parlays, and a variety of college football bets.
