Wooden Award Odds Movement Timeline
- January 8, 2024: Edey (-305) continues to get shorter. The gap between him and Dickinson (+900) is bigger than ever, and no one else is shorter than +4000.
- December 15, 2023: A couple big weeks from Edey has sent his odds skyrocketing to -185, while Dickinson has faded to +365. No other player is shorter than +2550 (Filipowski).
- November 13, 2023: Tennessee’s Dalton Knecht (+5000) went from off the board to 11th-favorite in the Wooden Award odds in the first week of the season, averaging 20.5 PPG in two games after transferring from the Big Sky’s Northern Colorado.
- October 30, 2023: Zach Edey (+165 on average) isn’t quite an odds-on favorite in the opening 2024 Wooden Award odds, but he’s miles ahead of the second-favorite, Duke’s Kyle Filipowski (+825).
