After starting with the right foot in the UEFA Champions League (win against Manchester City) last Wednesday, Bayern Munich is looking forward to getting first place in the fourth week of the German Bundesliga, when on  Saturday September 20, the Bavarians will visit Hamburg in the Imtech Arena at 9:30 ET.

In the Bayern Munich vs Hamburg odds, the Pep Guardiola players are the heavy favorites for winning the game listed -400 in the German Bundesliga betting odds. In contrast, a Hamburg win is paid +1100 and +450 in case of a draw.

The Bavarians arrived at the game in the second position of the Bundesliga, with the same points leader Bayern Leverkusen has, but with a less goal difference. After three games played, Bayern Munich has 7 points after two wins and one draw, with +3 in their goal difference. In contrast, the Hamburger SV is on the last position of the Bundesliga with 1 point, no wins and only one draw, with -5 in their goal difference.

Both teams have faced each other 98 times, and Bayern Munich has a lot of supremacy against Hamburg. For example, Bayern Munich last lost against Hamburg was back in 2009 (1-0). After that, they have played eight times with 6 wins and only two draws, and if you analyze the goal difference on those matches Bayern has scored 31 goals and Hamburg only 5.
