It’s hard to believe, but we’ve already arrived at the last regular-season day on the college football calendar. Saturday’s slate is loaded with games to celebrate the occasion, which means ample opportunity for us to wager on college football player props.
Below you’ll find my three best bets for Week 14, and a detailed breakdown of why each selection stands out.
College Football Week 14 Player Props – Best Bets (Nov. 29)
My college football player props card starts with over 55.5 rushing yards for Penn State’s Nicholas Singleton versus Rutgers. His backfield mate, Kaytron Allen, may be the star of the PSU running back room, but this Scarlet Knights defense is porous enough for both of them to eat.
I’m also betting over 72.5 receiving yards for Miami star wideout Malachi Toney against Pitt, and under 170.5 passing yards for LSU’s Michael Van Buren in a brutal matchup versus Oklahoma.

Odds as of Nov. 28. Claim a FanDuel promo code to bet on Week 14 college football.
Week 14 College Football Player Prop: Nicholas Singleton Rushing Yards
Singleton may not be the Nittany Lions workhorse, but he’s still seeing plenty of volume. The senior RB has double-digit carries in six of his last 10 games, and has multiple 50+ yard plays in two of his past three outings.
Since Drew Allar went down, Penn State has shifted to an extremely run-heavy approach, and now sits 28th in the nation in rush play percentage.
Rutgers Run Defense Stats
They’ll take the field on Saturday as a nearly two-touchdown favorite, and it’s the rushing attack that’s going to build that margin. Rutgers enters play allowing 209.4 rushing yards per game, and 6.8 yards per carry.
Both of those numbers are among the worst in college football, and there’s simply no reason to throw the ball if you’re Penn State if you can run it down the Scarlet Knights’ throats.
Week 14 College Football Player Prop: Malachi Toney Receiving Yards
Moving on to Toney, who’s Hurricanes need a win to remain in the CFP odds conversation. Toney has absolutely dominated the Miami target share, seeing more than twice as many looks as any of his teammates. He boasts a 77% catch rate, and enters play averaging 12.0 yards per reception.
Toney is fresh off a 12 catch, 146 yard performance versus Virginia Tech, and the matchup versus the Panthers sets up for another potential ceiling game for the freshman.
Pitt ranks 76th in opponent completion percentage and 97th in passing yards allowed. They struggle to generate pressure, meaning Carson Beck is going to have all day to find his number one target.
Week 14 College Football Player Prop: Michael Van Buren Passing Yards
No offense to Van Buren, but he’s simply not equipped to handle this Sooners defense. Oklahoma enters play ranked sixth in opponent yards per play, and number one in sacks.
They’re holding enemy QB’s to a 59% completion rate, while limiting them to 6.5 yards per throw. Those are their numbers after facing six ranked teams this season, imagine how they’re going to treat Van Buren.
The sophomore has averaged less than 5.0 yards per attempt in two of his last three games, failing to complete 60% of his throws a week ago versus Western Kentucky.
He’s going to be under siege all game long, as the Tigers 65th ranked pass blocking o-line will be no match for the Sooners pass rush.
