If history has taught us anything, no iPhone launch is complete without an issue going viral on social media. The iPhone 6 had #bendgate. What new problem will Apple’s iPhone 7 (or will it be dubbed the “iPhone 6s”) bring?
As we countdown the days to the anticipated launch, we can only speculate on the details of Apple’s flagship phone. Rumor has it, the iPhone 7 will look very similar to the iPhone 6, but will have many fancy new upgrades that will address issues in past models.
So what new features can users expect from the iPhone 7?
According to experts, a better battery life, an upgraded camera, and a faster processor. The new phone will also flaunt a pair of built-in stereo speakers on its sides for unencumbered media consumption. Sources also predict that audio will be going wireless, which means the headphone jack will be removed in the iPhone 7.
How will the iPhone 7 stack up against the competition? Android offers high-end alternatives to the iPhone including the HTC One M9, Samsung Galaxy S6, and the LG G4, all of which will likely have dropped in price by the time the iPhone hits shelves in September.
