Fyre vs Dawn Pick

Truthfully, there is no good winner in this one. Isla Dawn just arrived on the NXT scene and immediately made an enemy out of Alba Fyre, who has lost whenever it has mattered most in 2022.

Assuming Dawn will be protected in her first few months on the brand, she’s the safe bet at -150, but Fyre doesn’t trail far behind in the odds at +150 due to the fact there’s a strong chance Fyre wins by disqualification to keep the feud alive.

NXT Tag Team Championship Prediction

Pretty Deadly defending the NXT Tag Team Championship against The New Day was a last-minute addition to the Deadline card, and it’s an extremely intriguing one. Pretty Deadly weren’t wrong when they claimed that they’ve defeated the entire division, making it more likely that New Day leave Saturday’s show with the twin titles.

New Day have never before been NXT Tag Team champions and this is an opportunity to switch things up. At -350, look for them to secure the victory and embark on a fun run on the brand.

Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge Best Bet

Roxanne Perez is the only full-fledged babyface competing in the women’s Iron Survivor Challenge match, which makes her the odds-on favorite to win the whole thing.

Mandy Rose has been a dominant heel NXT Women’s champion for the last year and Perez is the best possible opponent for her at the moment. Hartwell is the only other feasible winner at +250, but Perez should be the one to ultimately dethrone Rose as champ at the turn of the year.

Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge Prediction

Even more so than Perez, Carmelo Hayes winning the Iron Survivor Challenge for the men is virtually guaranteed. He’s been ready to challenge for the NXT Championship for quite some time now and this is his ticket to title contention.

Grayson Waller is a distant runner up at +550, simply because he’d also be a fresh opponent for whoever walks away in the main event with the prestigious prize. Hayes remains the best bet, though.

NXT Championship Best Bet

Apollo Crews vs. Bron Breakker is about six months in the making, and to NXT’s credit, they’ve done an excellent job of building it up since the initial tease. Crews probably poses the biggest threat to Breakker’s reign so far but still doesn’t feel like a shoo-in to take the title from him.

Crews has a decent chance at +300 and shouldn’t be completely counted out, but Breakker coming out on top is the smartest possible outcome to ensure he’s still holding the gold in time for a clash with expected number one contender, Carmelo Hayes.
