So much for that six-shot lead.

Rory McIlroy and Cameron Young will tee off together in the final pairing Sunday, tied at the top of the 2026 Masters leaderboard. Here’s the full scoreboard and updated Masters odds heading into the final round.

2026 Masters Leaderboard After Round 3

Rory McIlroy’s Wild Round 3 at the Masters

McIlroy walked to the first tee Saturday with the largest 36-hole lead in Masters history. He walked off the 18th green tied for the lead after carding a 1-over 73.

The damage started on the 11th, where McIlroy dumped his approach into the water and made a double bogey. He gave another shot back at the 12th right after, and just like that, his six-shot lead was gone.

To his credit, Rory punched back with birdies on 14 and 15 to briefly retake the solo lead. Then he coughed up another shot at the 17th. It was that kind of day for the defending champ.

Cameron Young Fires a 65 to Share the Lead

While Rory was grinding, Cameron Young was piling up birdies. Eight of them in total on his way to a 7-under 65 that matched Scottie Scheffler for the low round of the tournament.

Young hasn’t won a major yet, but he’s got six top-10s in them. He’s also the hottest player in golf after winning THE PLAYERS last month, and now he’s got a share of the 54-hole lead at Augusta.

The Chase Pack Sunday at Augusta

Behind the co-leaders, Sam Burns quietly put up a bogey-free 68 and sits alone in third at -10. One back and firmly in the mix for his first green jacket.

Shane Lowry is right behind Burns at -9 after making the shot of the day, an ace on the par-3 6th. It’s his second career hole-in-one at Augusta, and it got him in the final mix.

Further back, Jason Day and Justin Rose are tied at -8, while Scheffler sits at -7 after climbing all the way from 12 shots back with his bogey-free 65.

2026 Masters Sunday Odds

Rory McIlroy+148-950
Cameron Young+255-525
Sam Burns+610-255
Scottie Scheffler+910-162
Shane Lowry+1175-136

Russell Henley+10500+360
Patrick Cantlay+10500+375
Collin Morikawa+16500+520

So is Rory still favored? Yes, but barely. At +148, his implied probability is just over 40%.

Here’s the wild part. McIlroy opened Saturday as a heavy favorite around -230. Now he’s an underdog in his own tournament despite being tied for the lead. A 73 on Moving Day will do that to your number.

Young is the obvious one. Eight birdies in his 65, and the market is telling you he’s a legitimate co-favorite at +255.

Scheffler at +910 is the value play for me. Matching round of the day, two Masters wins already, and only four back. He said after his round, he doesn’t feel like he’s out of it. I believe him.

McIlroy, obviously. He’s still tied for the lead, but watching his number flip from heavy favorite to underdog in one afternoon tells you how Saturday played out.

Patrick Reed bogeyed 18 to finish even-par after his hot start and sits at -6. Tommy Fleetwood posted a 73 and tumbled to -4, essentially out of it.

Eight players start Sunday within five shots of the lead. This Masters is wide open, and we’ve got one more round at Augusta to sort it out.
