The Toronto Blue Jays (94-68, 54-27 home, 40-41 away) are back in the American League Championship Series for the first time since 2016 and will take on the Seattle Mariners (90-72, 51-30 home, 39-42 away), who are making their first ALCS appearance since 2001.

The Blue Jays bounced the Yankees in four games in the ALDS, meaning they’ve been off since Wednesday and have their top-three starters (Kevin Gausman, Trey Yesavage, Shane Bieber) fully rested ahead of Game 1 of the ALCS on Sunday. The Mariners, on the other hand, went the full five games with the Tigers in the other ALDS, using top starter George Kirby on Friday night, along with #2 Luis Castillo and #3 Logan Gilbert in relief during a 15-inning marathon.

The opening Blue Jays/Mariners odds are a pick’em with both teams at -110 odds to advance to the World Series.

SEA vs TOR ALCS Schedule

The Blue Jays will host Games 1 and 2 and, if necessary, 6 and 7. The Mariners will host Games 3 and 4, and – barring a four-game sweep – Game 5.

The series will start at the Rogers Centre in Toronto on Sunday, October 12th, followed by Game 2 the next day. The teams will have an offday for travel on Tuesday before Games 3, 4, 5 from Wednesday, October 15th, to Friday, October 17th. Games 6 and 7 are slated for Sunday and Monday, October 19th and 20th, back in Toronto.

The 2025 World Series will start on Friday, October 24th, and end no later than Saturday, November 1st.
