We have made it to September, which means that there are only a few Dinger Tuesdays left of the regular season. We have to make them count!

Every Tuesday during the MLB season, both new and existing customers can opt in and claim a 50% profit boost to use on any player to hit a home run. Bettors can use that boost to make their home run longshot pick even better odds, or they can pick someone with lower home run odds to make one of the all-stars more valuable.

There are 14 MLB games to choose from tonight, so keep reading to see my favorite home run picks and predictions for Dinger Tuesday on September 2 and to see how I am using my home run profit boost.

Home Run Picks Today

I have four MLB home run picks for Dinger Tuesday today.

Home Run Pick #1: Ramon Laureano (+435 at FanDuel with 50% Profit Boost)

My favorite home run pick today is Ramon Laureano for the Padres. Originally, his odds at FanDuel are +290 to hit a home run. That is a little lower than what I normally want to risk, but with the 50% Dinger Tuesday boost, he becomes +435 to hit a home run. That is a great value for someone as hot as Laureano right now.

Tyler Wells takes the mound for Baltimore, and he is making his first start since April 12. He missed most of the season due to an elbow injury that required surgery. In his three starts before getting injured, Wells gave up a home run in each of them.

Right-handed batters have done all the damage against Wells. Righties have hit all three homers off him this season and are slugging .600 against Wells.

Laureano has been seeing the ball well lately, as he is slugging .520 and has hit two home runs over the last seven days. He is slugging .544 against right-handed pitching and has hit 14 of his 22 home runs off righties. Petco Park is not a huge home run ballpark, but Laureano has done well there, slugging .505 in San Diego.

He has an exit velocity of 90.3 and a 49.8% hard-hit rate. Those are great numbers against a pitcher making his first start since returning from injury.

Home Run Pick #2: Matt Wallner (+300 at FanDuel)

My next home run pick today is Matt Wallner for the Twins, going up against Davis Martin and the White Sox.

Martin has given up two home runs in each of his last two starts, and lefties have hit 11 of the 24 home runs that he has allowed this year. Left-handed batters are also slugging .483 against him.

Wallner, on the other hand, is slugging .498 against right-handed pitching and has hit all of his home runs off righties except for three.

He has been hot over the last couple of weeks and has already homered off Martin before.

Wallner is slugging .523 with four home runs over the last 15 days, and in his career against Martin, Wallner is 2-5 with a home run and a single.

Wallner’s power metrics are there with a 91.5 exit velocity and a 47.7% hard hit rate, making him a great bet to go yard tonight.

Home Run Pick #3: Lenyn Sosa (+470 at FanDuel)

I am staying in this game for my next home run pick.

Lenyn Sosa faces Simeon Woods Richardson, who just gave up three home runs in his last start. He has also allowed six homers in his last four.

Right-handed batters have hit nine of the 15 home runs that he has given up this season, and Target Field is fifth in ballpark factor for righties. The winds will also be blowing out to left field tonight, which will only help Sosa.

Sosa has hit 13 of his 18 home runs off right-handed pitching and has a 90.7 exit velocity.

He just homered a couple of days ago and has three homers over his last 14 games. He has a great chance of hitting yet another tonight.

Sosa has not hit a home run off Woods Richardson in his career, but he is 3-3 with a double. It is time one goes over the wall.

Home Run Pick #4: Mickey Moniak (+500 at FanDuel)

It would not feel like Dinger Tuesday if we did not take a trip to Coors Field.

Logan Webb is starting for the Giants, and he just gave up two home runs in his last start. Now, he has to start in Colorado.

Lefties have hit more home runs off Webb this season and are slugging .446 against him

Mickey Moniak is slugging .527 against right-handed pitching and has hit 17 of his 18 homers this year off righties.

He is also slugging .587 at home with 11 home runs. And if that is not enough, Moniak is slugging .682 over the last seven days.

Moniak has a 46% hard-hit rate and is ready to hit one to the moon tonight against Webb in Colorado.
