Darvish was outstanding in beating the Mets in Game 1 of their NL Wild Card Series last Friday in New York. He gave up one run and six hits in seven innings with four strikeouts and no walks.
That continued a recent string of impressive performances as Darvish is 7-1 with a 2.04 ERA in his last eight starts.

Darvish has faced the Dodgers 10 times in his career and is 3-5 despite a fine 2.47 ERA. He has a 3-6 record at Dodger Stadium in 11 starts and a 3.98 ERA.
