Strickland vs Magomedov Odds & Prediction

Make sure you don’t miss Bruce Buffer on Saturday night, as this main event could be over quickly. American Sean Strickland enters the Octagon to take on German based fighter Abus Magomedov.

A veteran of 18 UFC bouts, Sean Strickland has been around forever. With his power and endless cardio, he’s a meticulously aggressive fighter and will look to push the pace at all times. He’s lost only to Jaren Cannonier and Alex Pereira over the past five years and has been in the cage with the likes of Kamaru Usman, Court McGee and Uriah Hall. Strickland is a grizzled UFC veteran at the ripe old age of 32.

On the other side of the Octagon, Abus Magomedov finished his first UFC bout in a lightning quick nineteen seconds. He is a machine of a middleweight fighter, with absolutely world-class precision striking.

Strickland’s iron chin and high volume could pose problems for Magomedov. The longer this fight goes on, the larger Strickland’s advantage will seemingly be. The veteran is a relentless warrior.

That being said, Magomedov’s ruthless finishing ability cannot be ignored. His fourteen career knockout victories display just how dangerous the German is. Be sure to capitalize on the value on the underdog in this middleweight scrap.

Strickland vs Magomedov Pick: Adus Magomedov to win (+140)

Ismagulov vs Dawson Odds & Prediction

Damir Ismagulov and Grant Dawson square off in a lightweight battle that could have serious ripples in the division in the co-main event.

A Russian fighting machine, Ismagulov lost his last time out to Arman Tsarukyan. However, his endless cardio and potent mix of striking and wrestling make him the favorite entering the cage.

Meeting him head-on in the centre of the Octagon will be American Top Team product Grant Dawson. A submission specialist with relentless pace, Dawson has finished three straight fights. The Nebraska native boasts an impressive thirteen submission victories in his career.

This could be a riveting co-main event, riddled with action. Ultimately, Ismagulov is the more experienced fighter, with a superior all-around game. While Dawson’s submission arsenal will be a huge threat, take Ismagulov to win this battle.

Ismagulov vs Dawson Pick: Damir Ismagulov to win (-120)
