The Green Bay Packers will play against NFC North rivals for the second week in a row; in week four they will take on the Chicago Bears at the Soldier Field at 1 PM ET, in the best matchup to watch.

As I mentioned in the Week 4 NFL Betting Outlook, the Bears opened as 1.5 favorites in the NFL betting lines given before the season.

The Packers beat the Bears in the last game they played in week 17 of the 2013.  It was the comeback game for QB Aaron Rodgers, who suffered a broken collarbone that kept him out of six weeks in the season.

Not only did Rodgers and Green Bay won, but they converted three-fourth downs in the last drive before he found Randall Cobb for a winning TD.  The victory for the Packers clinched the NFC North division title for them and eliminated the Chicago Bears at the same time, in an unbelievable win-win situation for the Cheeseheads.

Rodgers has a 9-3 record on his career against the Bears, throwing 21 touchdowns and eight interceptions, with 100.9 passer rating.

Expect the Packers to run a lot in this game as the Chicago struggles stopping the run: RB Eddy Lacy should be a key man on the field.

The Chicago Bears filled their offense with talent so QVB Jay Cutler can fight directly with Aaron Rodgers; the duo between Alshon Jeffery and Brandon Marshall outside the numbers is one of the best in the entire NFL.

Cutler has a 1-8 record against the Packers, throwing 11 TDs and 17 INTs.
