Tom Brady and the Buccaneers have lost two in a row. Surprising right? With losses to the Saints and Washington sandwiching their bye week, Brady and the Bucs are eyeing a rebound game.
The Giants, meanwhile, are just hoping to build on the momentum they created before their bye. After losing by a field goal to the Chiefs, New York bounced back and took down the Raiders 23-16.
Now the teams square off at Raymond James Stadium on Monday night on ESPN at 8:15 pm EST.

Odds as of November 21st at DraftKings
It’s not surprising to see the Buccaneers as heavy home favorites. The Bucs are a perfect 4-0 at home and they’ve scored at least 31 points in all four of those games. After just beating the Cowboys in Week 1, their three wins have been by multiple scores.
While they’re 3-0 against the spread over their last three, the Giants haven’t found themselves in many high scoring spots. The under has hit in all three of those games, following a push against the Rams.
Fournette Front and Center on Monday Night
When it comes to Tampa Bay’s ground game, the opportunities just haven’t been there the last two weeks.
Against the Saints, Tampa got on top first thanks to Chris Godwin. But then they stalled. And stalled again. The Saints worked their way out to a 23-7 lead and never looked back. After that it was another week of catch-up against Washington after the Bucs fell into a 13-0 hole.
Leonard Fournette’s usage out of the bye:
* 91% of Bucs’ RB carries
* 90% of Bucs’ backfield touches
* Season-high 26.4% target share— John Daigle (@notJDaigle) November 15, 2021
Well no more. During the four wins prior to the mini-slide, Leonard Fournette carried the ball 20, 12, 20 and 15 times. In the loss to the Rams he only saw four carries. Not surprisingly, when the Bucs are winning, Fournette gets free reign on the ground.
Teams like running against the Giants, too. Josh Jacobs ran it 13 times for 5.6 a carry. KC got 13 and 11 totes out of Darrel Williams and Derrick Gore respectively.
Lots of teams have seen lots of success on the ground against a team allowing the 10th-highest YPC (4.5). And with Ronald Jones only getting 10 snaps total the last two weeks, there will be plenty of touches for Fournette on Monday night.
- The Pick: Leonard Fournette OVER 64.5 rushing yards (-110); 1 Unit
Daniel Jones Looking to Run
Two weeks ago when the Giants were playing the Chiefs on Monday night, the thought was Daniel Jones’ rushing ability would take center stage.
It didn’t. So why go back to the well?
In the lead up to the Week 8 Monday Nighter, Jones ran for 20+ yards in five of seven games. Even in the game against KC, Jones took off five times, but there just wasn’t any room to run. He finished with just 12 yards, and followed that up with a four-carry, 17-yard afternoon against the Giants.
Daniel Jones outside of the Rams game this year where he was missing his entire team
8 TD 2 INT in 7 starts (missed most of DAL gm) and has had 90 QB RTG or better in all 7
We asked for growth and consistency this year. He may not be elite but hes not the main problem.

The Bucs have had varied results against rushing QBs, but the real runners of the group can find space. Taylor Heinicke managed 15 yards on just three carries, and Jameis Winston had 40 on just four runs. Justin Fields and Jalen Hurts both finished with more than 35 yards on the ground too.
After totaling just 29 yards combined his last two games, Jones will rack up the yards once again.
- The Pick: Daniel Jones OVER 20.5 rushing yards (-115); 1 Unit

Before their loss to Washington, Tampa had scored first in four-straight games. Two were passing TDs and two came on the ground.
New York has scored the first TD in two of their last their last three, but Monday isn’t the day to back Big Blue.

Despite not practicing Saturday, reports indicate that Rob Gronkowski will be back and Tom Brady couldn’t be happier. Gronk caught two TDs in each of his first two games before he was held scoreless against the Rams and played just eight snaps in Week 8’s loss.
Mike Evans has been red-hot lately, with five touchdowns in three games and nine on the season. He’s just as much of a red zone mismatch as Gronk, but he’ll likely draw a little more attention. As Gronk would tell you himself, he’s the one to back for that opening drive ‘tuddie’.
If Gronkowski is inactive however, back Evans at +650.
- The Pick: Rob Gronkowski to score FIRST TD (+1000); 0.5 Units
- The Pick: Rob Gronkowski (+140), Mike Evans (-110), Saquon Barkley (+125) to score ANYTIME; 0.5 Units each
