Two big London clubs looking to get back on course on Tuesday with the Gunners favorites in the Arsenal vs Chelsea odds.

Arsenal needs to re-kindle its stuttering Premier League title bid after being overtaken by reigning champions Manchester City last weekend.

Meanwhile, Chelsea is in desperate need of some good form after five straight defeats under interim boss Frank Lampard.

After front-running for much of the season, Arsenal now finds itself one point behind Manchester City – which has played one game fewer.

Meanwhile, since Lampard replaced Graham Potter, it has lost three straight games in the EPL. And it suffered home and away defeats by Real Madrid in the Champions League quarterfinal.

The dismal form of Chelsea  – in 12th place – makes it a wide +425 outsider.

Furthermore, the draw is priced at +320 with kick-off at Emirates Stadium at 3:00 pm ET.

Moreover, Arsenal is now a wide outsider in the Premier League odds at +1200 – with favorite Manchester City hugely fancied at -3500.

Odds as of May 1 at DraftKings Sportsbook.

Arsenal vs Chelsea Over/Under & Spread

A humbling 4-1 defeat at Manchester City last weekend knocked Arsenal off the top of the table.

But previously, it had been in good goalscoring form – hitting seven goals in three prior draws. And, before that, it had racked up successive 4-1 wins against Crystal Palace and Leeds United.

Contrastingly, Chelsea is struggling in front of goal.

It has scored just once in its five most recent EPL fixtures – most recently losing 2-0 at home against Brentford last midweek.

Therefore, with a tight game in prospect, the first positive odds in the total goals market are the +200 offered for there to be at least four goals (Over 3.5).

Among the spread offerings, Arsenal is seen as more likely to be in goal-grabbing form – with odds of +165 on it winning by at least two goals (Spread -1.5).

Chelsea is unfancied in this field in the Arsenal vs Chelsea picks with wide odds of +380 suggested for just a win by a solitary strike (Spread -0.5).

Arsenal vs Chelsea Preview

Before its recent run of three wins and a draw, Arsenal had won seven straight in the EPL.

Until the defeat at Manchester City, it had led the table since Matchday 3 – with just one weekend’s exception last October.

Now it seems that the prize may be ripped away by Pep Guardiola’s remorseless City team.

So a London derby win on Tuesday is much-needed – and will re-kindle Arsenal’s appetite for the fight to win its first title since 2004.

That is sure to make it a frenzied occasion with anything but a win for the home side surely nailing their hopes.

But Arsenal has previously conceded 13 goals in its last six EPL matches without injured French defender William Saliba. And he will be absent again.

Mauricio Pochettino appears to be in line to subsequently land the Chelsea job permanently. But Lampard will remain in charge until the end of the campaign.

Meanwhile, the team’s problems have come in front of goal. Significantly, it also seems to lack cohesiveness as a unit after a large influx of new players.

The confusion caused by that cost former boss Graham Potter his job. And Lampard has not so far been able to resolve the problem.

It has drawn twice and lost four times in its most recent EPL run.

Gabriel Jesus to Score Odds

The team’s fellow Brazilian forward Gabriel Martinelli has 15 EPL goals and is the second favorite to score at +180.

Among the Chelsea ranks, Kai Havertz – returning from injury with seven EPL goals– is the most favored player to score at +320.

Arsenal was a 1-0 winner at Stamford Bridge earlier this season in November.

Meanwhile, Chelsea was a 2-0 winner at Arsenal last season – with a 4-2 victory for the Gunners on the road.
