After picking up maximum points from their first two encounters, Brazil will now look to secure top spot in Group G.

With Cameroon finding themselves two points behind Switzerland, they know that a win over Brazil may see them advance to the Round of 16.

Cameroon vs Brazil Same-Game Parlay Picks

Our latest same-game parlay is now up for grabs, and it looks like this:

  • Brazil to win
  • Vinicius Jr to score first
  • Over 2.5 total goals

Cameroon vs Brazil Prediction

As the final round of Group G fixtures appear on the horizon, three nations are competing over two knockout stage berths. With Serbia and Switzerland facing each other, Cameroon knows they are certainly up against it.

While they are up against it because they must go up against Brazil and although the South American nation have not been at their most brilliant in Qatar, they have still managed to grind out back-to-back wins.

With Tite’s men already having six group stage points in their possession, they know that just one more will see them secure top spot in Group G. A position that they will look to secure and in doing so, they will likely avoid Portugal in the Round of 16.

An avoidance that will not be afforded to whoever finishes second in the group and should the Selecao do their part of their equation, the rest of the qualification conundrum looks as follows for this Cameroon outfit:

If Rigobert Song’s men win and Serbia do the same against Switzerland, it would come down to goal difference and possibly goals scored. Should those two tiebreakers be equal, the same stalemate would be found in their head-to-head records.

This would mean fair play records would come into question and if neither Cameroon nor Serbia can be split via these means, then the final tiebreaker of all would be required – one that would see the drawing of lots.

Of course, there is a considerable chance that things do not go that far and if Cameroon win but Switzerland does the same, it would be the Swiss who would once again advance to the knockout phase of the tournament.

Should Cameroon earn a surprise win over Brazil and the two European outfits within Group G play out a draw, then the same goal difference tiebreaker would be deployed but with Switzerland in mind.

Then again, all these permutations could end up being nothing more than conjecture and when you consider that Brazil have not quite clicked in attack, they could just as easily be waiting to put a team to the sword.

With that in mind, our latest same-game parlay is now up for grabs, and it looks like this:

  • Brazil to win
  • Vinicius Jr to score first
  • Over 2.5 total goals

For my latest same-game parlay offering, the spotlight is being shown on Vinicius Jr. With the Real Madrid forward yet to open his account at this year’s World Cup, I think this fixture will be the one where he finally gets off the mark.

A goal that is one of at least three on Friday and although Cameroon knows it is win or bust for them, I am backing the bust as Brazil earns maximum points. This means when you combine all these three picks together, this current betting construction is currently priced at 10/1.
