The sportsbooks are kind of sweet on both of them.

American Serena Williams is the overwhelming -328 chalk to topple Alison Riske in their quarterfinal. Great Britain’s Konta is the odds-on -236 favorite to take out Barbora Strýcová.

All four quarterfinals feature a seeded player vs an unseeded player. No seed higher than #7 has survived to the final eight.

Williams is drawing nearer to pulling even with Margaret Court, the Grand Slam women’s singles titles record holder, and you know that she knows it.

Johanna Konta vs Barbora Strýcová Wimbledon Quarterfinal Odds

Konta rallied to beat two-time Wimbledon champ and #6 seed Petra Kvitova 4-6, 6-2, 6-4. The #19 seed is a win away from her second semifinal in three years. Konta is seeking to become the first British women’s singles champ since Virginia Wade in 1977. Konta’s service has been broken just three times in 47 games.

Strýcová, #54 in the world, is a serve and volley player. She’s won 20 percent of her points that way, the highest of any player left in the tournament.

Shuai Zhang vs Simona Halep Wimbledon Quarterfinal Odds

Halep, who crashed out in the third round last year as #1 seed, is the highest seed left standing this year at #7. She crushed the dreams of American teen Cori “Coco” Gauff 6-3, 6-3 to get to the quarters.

Zhang, who’d never won a match at Wimbledon before this year, is the first Chinese woman to reach the quarterfinals since Li Na in 2013.

Karolina Muchova vs Elina Svitolina Wimbledon Quarterfinal Odds

Eighth-seeded Svitolina will playing in her first Wimbledon quarterfinal and her third ever on a grass court. She’s never reached a Grand Slam semifinal.

Muchova is the first women to reach the quarterfinals in her inaugural main draw appearance since Li Na in 2006. She’s struck 29 aces, second overall in the tournament.
