AFC East Odds

• [December 19] The Bills have clinched the AFC East title with a 48-19 win over the Broncos in Week 15. It’s Buffalo’s first division title since 1995
• [December 14] The Dolphins lost to the Chiefs in Week 14, while the Bills took down the Steelers. Buffalo now has a two-game lead over Miami in the AFC East standings, and saw their division odds improve from -854 to -11250. The Patriots have been mathematically eliminated from the division title, so the AFC East will have a new winner for the first time since 2008, and second time since 2002
• [November 23] The Bills’ odds got a little better with Miami being upset by the Broncos, and the Jets have been removed from the board now that they’re the first team to be eliminated from playoff contention
• [November 16] Now only a half game back of Buffalo for the division lead after Week 10, Miami’s AFC East odds have improved from +459 to +313; Buffalo’s odds have worsened from -700 to -396

AFC North Odds

• [December 27] The Pittsburgh Steelers have clinched the AFC North with a win over the Colts
• [December 22] The Steelers have left the door open for the Browns after losing to the Bengals in Week 15. The Browns can turn their Week 17 matchup with the Steelers into a divisional title game simply with a win over the Jets in Week 16, paired with Pittsburgh losing to the Colts. As a result, the Steelers’ AFC North odds have come crashing down from -10825 to -350, while the Browns have moved from +1925 to +266
• [December 15] With the Steelers losing back-to-back games, the AFC North door was wide open for Cleveland. However, the Browns lost to the Ravens on Monday Night Football, falling two games back of Pittsburgh with just three games left. Cleveland’s divisional odds went from +1250 to +1925 as a result
• [December 9] The Steelers lost their first game of the season in Week 13, leaving the Browns some hope. Cleveland is two games back of Pittsburgh in the AFC North and saw their odds improve from an average of +4750 to +1250
• [December 3] After losing to the Steelers for a second time this season, the Ravens can no longer win the AFC North, and have been pulled off the board
• [November 23] The Steelers are now listed at -3975 odds to win the AFC North, while the Ravens have faded to +1750 after losing to the Titans in Week 11
• [November 16] Pittsburgh’s AFC North odds have improved to -900 after extending their record to 9-0 and their lead over Baltimore to three games
• [November 2] For the first time this season, the Ravens are not favored to win the AFC North; the Steelers have overtaken Baltimore as the favorites after beating them in Week 8
• [October 26] Pittsburgh is now the only unbeaten team in the NFL after Week 7, and they’re nearing even money to win the AFC North, though Baltimore is still favored
• [October 19] After improving to 5-0, the Steelers continue closing the gap between them and the Ravens as both teams’ odds inch closer to even money
• [October 5] The Browns’ odds to win the AFC North improved from +750 to +563 after upsetting the Cowboys in Week 4
• [September 29] After losing to the Chiefs in Week 3, the Ravens’ AFC North odds took a bit hit, moving from -266 to -186
• [September 15] The AFC North is looking like a two-horse race after Week 1, as Cleveland’s divisional odds faded from +501 to +900
• [September 8] There has been very minimal odds movement in the AFC North since opening; Baltimore will enter the season as the odds-on favorites to win the division
• [April 27] All teams in the AFC North saw their odds move slightly after the NFL Draft, but nothing significant
• [March 18] The Ravens are still the odds-on favorites, but money has tightened the gap between them and the Steelers

AFC South Odds

• [January 3] In dramatic fashion, the Titans beat the Texans in Week 17 to lock up the AFC South title. The Colts got their win over the Jaguars, but needed Tennessee to lose to win the division
• [December 27] The Titans and Colts both lost in Week 16, setting up meaningful Week 17 games for both. The Titans can clinch the division with a win over the Texans, while the Colts need a win and Tennessee loss in Week 17 to win the AFC South
• [December 7] The Titans are still favored to win the AFC South after losing to the Browns in Week 13, but their divisional odds faded from -456 to -189; Tennessee and Indianapolis now have the same record at 8-4, but the Titans hold the tiebreaker.
• [November 30] With a convincing 45-26 victory over the then-AFC South leading Colts, the Titans have become the favorites to win the division again for the first time since early November
• [November 16] After beating the Titans on Thursday night, the Colts have become the favorites to win the AFC South for the first time since early Octber
• [November 2] Despite dropping their second straight game, the Titans are still favored to win the AFC South
• [October 14] The Titans moved to 4-0 with a win over the Bills in Week 5, and are back to being the odds-on favorites to win the AFC South

• [September 15] For the first time this season, the Titans are favored to win the AFC South thanks to their win over the Broncos on Monday night, and the Colts being upset by the Jags

• [June 29] Indianapolis’ AFC South odds have reached a new best at +120, while the Titans and Texans see their odds fade slightly
• [May 27] The Colts’ odds continue to improve this offseason, now listed at +131 to win the division
• [April 22] The Texans’ AFC South odds have reached +291, an offseason worst thus far
• [March 18] After the Texans traded DeAndre Hopkins and the Colts signed Philip Rivers, Indianapolis is now favored to win the AFC South

AFC West Odds

• [December 13] The Chiefs have clinched the AFC West title after beating the Dolphins in Week 14. Kansas City was the odds-on favorite to win the division all season, with their longest odds being -300 back in mid-March
• [December 8] With the Chiefs only needing one more win to clinch the AFC West, or one Raiders loss, no sportsbooks are offering odds on this division anymore
• [November 23] Hopes of the Raiders winning the AFC West were all but squashed in Week 11 with a Chiefs victory in Las Vegas
• [October 26] Two straight wins has KC’s AFC West odds at a new best for the season
• [October 13] The Chiefs stranglehold on the division weakened after a loss to the Raiders in Week 5, resulting in their odds fading from -3345 to -823
• [September 29] A dominant victory over the Ravens in Week 3, paired with every other team in the division losing, has the Chiefs as close as can be to wrapping up a division after just three games
• [September 22] An upset over the Saints on Monday Night Football has resulted in the Raiders having the second-best odds to win the AFC West for the first time this season, surpassing the Chargers
• [September 15] After uninspiring performances from the rest of the division in Week 1, the Chiefs’ odds to win the AFC West reached a new best at -538
• [September 8] No team has better odds to win their respective division than the Chiefs; Kansas City will enter the season as -419 favorites to win the AFC West
• [June 29] With Denver’s AFC West odds improving slightly, and LA’s fading a bit, the two are neck-and-neck for the second-best odds to win the division, with the Chargers currently holding a slight advantage
• [April 27] Despite having what many are calling one of the better 2020 NFL Drafts, the Broncos saw their AFC West odds worsen from +888 to +925
• [April 22] After seeing their AFC West odds shorten to +800 in mid-March, the Raiders are back to +1075 to win the division ahead of the draft
• [March 18] Due to the likelihood of having Cam Newton under center in 2020, the Chargers have seen their odds to win the AFC West jump from +900 to +600
• [March 3] No team has better odds to win their respective division than the Chiefs at -450

NFC East Odds

• [January 4] The Giants eliminated the Cowboys in Week 17 by beating them in the early block of games. New York needed a Philadelphia win over Washington on Sunday night, but the Eagles opted to give Nate Sudfeld a look in the fourth quarter and lost the game. The Washington Football Team won the NFC East as a result
• [December 27] For the second straight week, the Cowboys were the only team in the NFC East to win. As a result, the Eagles have been eliminated from NFC East contention. Washington still sits atop the division, and only needs to beat Philadelphia in Week 17 to win the NFC East. Both Dallas and New York need a win and help
• [December 21] The Dallas Cowboys were the only NFC East team to record a win in Week 15, and are now just a game back of the division lead. Dallas’ NFC East odds improved from +6375 to +1200 with the win over the 49ers, still the worst odds in the division. Washington’s odds actually got a little better after losing to Seattle
• [December 14] The Washington Football Team is favored to win the NFC East for the first time this season. After Week 14 saw them beat the 49ers, and the Giants lose to the Cardinals, Washington’s NFC East odds improved from +148 to -284. The Eagles’ odds also improved, going from +1450 to +625 thanks to their upset win over the Saints.
• [December 9] The Giants and Football Team (Washington) came up with huge wins over the Seahawks and Steelers, respectively, in Week 13. New York is now the odds-on favorite to win the NFC East, while Washington’s odds improved to +148. Dallas saw their odds fall from +503 to +2725 and Philadelphia faded from +247 to +1450
• [December 1] For the first time this season, the New York Giants are favored to win the NFC East. Their odds improved from +319 to +200 after beating the Bengals in Week 12, while Washington’s odds went from +394 to +210 after beating Dallas on Thanksgiving. Philadelphia’s odds only fell from +164 to +247 after their third straight loss
• [November 23] Despite another bad loss in Week 11, the Eagles are still favored to win the NFC East; no team’s average odds are worse than +394, though, with a three-way tie for second place in the standings
• [November 16] The Giants have pulled within 1.5 games of the Eagles for the NFC East lead after beating them in Week 10, seeing their divisional odds improve to +294
• [November 3] By simply being on their bye week, Washington saw their odds improve from +963 to +399
• [October 26] The Eagles have become the odds-on favorites to win the NFC East, thanks to a win over the Giants and another bad Cowboys loss in Week 7
• [October 20] Although they are no longer the odds-on favorites, Dallas does remain the favorite to win the NFC East after Andy Dalton’s first start was awful
• [October 12] Despite Dak Prescott being lost for the season due to an ankle injury, the Andy Dalton-led Cowboys are still odds-on favorites to win the NFC East
• [October 5] The division-leading Eagles saw their odds to win the NFC East improve from +268 to +110, but the Cowboys remain the favorites
• [September 28] The Cowboys’ NFC East odds continue to improve, despite losing in Week 3; no other team in their division recorded a win, either
• [September 21] The Eagles’ NFC East odds faded to +251, the longest odds they’ve had all season, after their 0-2 start
• [September 15] Neither Dallas or Philadelphia saw their NFC East odds suffer much from their Week 1 losses; Washington’s odds went from +1650 to +700 with their upset win over the Eagles
• [September 8] Dallas’ odds to win the NFC East continue to improve, now reaching a new best at -127
• [May 27] The Cowboys have become the odds-on favorites to win the NFC East for the first time this season
• [April 27] After a strong 2020 NFL Draft, which was highlighted by first-round pick CeeDee Lamb, the Cowboys are now favored to win the NFC East for the first time this season
• [April 22] The Eagles will enter the 2020 NFL Draft as the favorites to win the NFC East, but not by much
• [March 18] After Dallas was able to re-sign Amari Cooper and tag Dak Prescott, the Cowboys are now listed alongside the Eagles as co-favorites to win the NFC East

NFC North Odds

• [December 13] Green Bay has won the NFC North thanks to a win over the Lions in Week 14. The Packers opened the season as the co-favorites to win the division, and spent much of the offseason with the second-best odds. They had been favored to win the division ever since the conclusion of Week 1. Their longest odds all season were +181
• [November 30] The Packers have all but locked up the NFC North after beating the Bears in Week 12, pushing their divisional odds to an average of -7975
• [November 17] The Vikings have the second-best odds to win the NFC North for the first time since mid-September thanks to their victory over the Bears in Week 10
• [October 19] Despite the Bears taking the division lead after Week 6, the Packers are still the odds-on favorites to win the NFC North
• [September 21] Another dominant victory in Week 2 has resulted in the Packers becoming the odds-on favorite to win the NFC North, the first time there has been an odds-on favorite in the division; the Vikings saw their odds fade to +506 after back-to-back disheartening performances
• [September 14] After a 43-34 victory over the Vikings in Week 1, the Packers are back to being the favorites to win the NFC North
• [September 8] The Vikings head into the 2020 NFL season as the favorites to win the NFC North
• [May 27] Green Bay’s odds continue to worsen after their questionable draft, and are now no longer the favorites to win the NFC North for the first time this season; the Vikings now hold that title
• [April 27] The Packers remain NFC North favorites, but the gap between them and the Vikings closed significantly after Green Bay’s first two picks were spent on players who will serve backup roles this year (QB Jordan Love and RB AJ Dillon)
• [March 18] The Packers have broken away as the lone favorite to win the NFC North, but Chicago has seen their odds improve after trading for Nick Foles
• [March 3] The NFC North is the only division with co-favorites to win it, as the Packers and Vikings sit at +150 each

NFC South Odds

• [December 25] A Saints win over the Vikings on Christmas Day clinched the NFC South for New Orleans.
• [December 14] The Saints are still heavy favorites to win the NFC South, despite losing to the Eagles in Week 14. New Orleans’ odds faded from -18333 to -6750 after the loss; in other words, their implied probability to win the division went from 99.46% to 98.54%
• [November 30] The Bucs have lost back-to-back games and three of their last four, resulting in the Saints improving to heavy -9000 favorites to win the NFC South
• [November 24] With a 1.5-game lead in the NFC South standings, thanks to the Bucs losing to the Rams on Monday Night Football of Week 11, and holding the tiebreaker over Tampa Bay, New Orleans’ odds have improved to -730
• [November 9] The Saints have become the odds-on favorites to win the NFC South after soundly beating the Buccaneers in Week 9, sweeping the season series
• [October 19] With the Saints on bye and the Bucs handing the Packers their first loss of the season in Week 6, the favorite to win the NFC South has changed for a second straight week
• [October 13] The Saints are back to being odds-on favorites to win the NFC South after beating the Chargers in Week 5, paired with a Bucs loss to the Bears

• [December 27] Seattle has won the NFC West with a victory over the Rams in Week 16
• [December 21] The Seahawks are back to being odds-on favorites to win the NFC West thanks to the Rams being upset by the lowly Jets in Week 15
• [December 8] After the Seahawks were upset by the Giants in Week 13, the Rams are back to being the odds-on favorites to win the NFC West
• [December 1] The Seahawks are back to being the odds-on favorites to win the NFC West thanks to a win over the Eagles in Week 12, paired with the Rams being upset by the 49ers
• [November 24] The Rams took the lead atop the NFC West after beating the Bucs on MNF of Week 11, and are now favored to win the division for the first time this season
• [November 16] Thanks to wins over San Francisco and Seattle already, Arizona currently holds the tiebreaker with a 2-0 record against the NFC West; the Cardinals, Rams, and Seahawks all have identical 6-3 records, but Seattle is still favored to win the division
• [November 9] The Seahawks remain heavy odds-on favorites to win the NFC West after taking another loss in Week 9
• [October 27] Seattle remains the odds-on favorite to win the NFC West after Arizona handed them their first loss of the season in Week 7
• [October 12] The 49ers now have the worst odds to win the NFC West after being blown out at home by the Dolphins
• [October 5] The Niners’ NFC West odds have plummeted to a season-worst +500, falling behind the Rams as well, after being upset by the Eagles in Week 4
• [September 21] After losing a number of starters in Week 2, the 49ers are not favored to win the NFC West for the first time this season, as the Seahawks have overtaken them at the top
• [September 14] The 49ers still have the best average odds to win the NFC West, despite losing to the Cardinals in Week 1, and both the Rams and Seahawks picking up wins as well

• [July 28] For the first time this season, the 49ers are not odds-on favorites to win the NFC West, thanks to the Seahawks acquiring Jamal Adams; San Francisco does remain the favorite, however
• [April 22] After the Rams have been forced to part ways with some of their stars, including Todd Gurley and Brandin Cooks, the Seahawks have seen their NFC West odds improve to +266
• [March 18] While the Niners remain the odds-on favorites, the Cardinals acquisition of DeAndre Hopkins makes this the tightest divisional race from top to bottom
