The 2024 US Open began on August 26, 2024, in Flushing Meadows, New York and lasted for two weeks, concluding with the Women’s Singles final on September 7th, won by Aryna Sabalenka, and the Men’s Singles final on September 8th, won by Jannik Sinner.

- [Sep 6] After dispatching Jack Draper in straight sets, Jannik Sinner (-350) has a chance to claim his second Grand Slam of the year as a big favorite to win the US Open. He’ll be facing American Taylor Fritz (+270), who defeated countryman Frances Tiafoe semis to make his first career Grand Slam final.
- [Aug 31] It’s weird to say at this point, but the World #1 is finally getting the best odds to win the US Open. With Djokovic and Alcaraz knocked out, Jannik Sinner (+125) is the new favorite to win at Flushing Meadows.
- [Aug 28] After a smooth first round victory, Novak Djokovic sits as the one to beat, with US Open odds now at +200.
- [Jul 29] We’re eight weeks removed from his second-consecutive win at Wimbledon and Carlos Alcaraz sits is the current US Open favorite at +120. ’23 champ Djokovic is right behind at +220, while World #1 Jannik Sinner is third on the table at +240.
- [Feb 12] Novak Djokovic, the 2023 winner and four-time US Open champ, is the opening favorite at +140, with the ’22 winner Carlos Alvarez not far behind at +184. Opening odds for ’23 runner-up, currently average at +707.

Notes on the 2024 US Open Women’s Singles odds movement throughout the year include:
- [Sep 6] It’s the #2-seed vs the #6 in the US Open Women’s Singles final on Saturday. Jessica Pegula (+250) will be fighting for her first Grand Slam title after downing #1-seed Iga Swiatek in the quarterfinals and fighting back against Karolina Muchova in the semis. She’ll face overwhelming favorite Aryna Sabalenka (-330), a finalist in Flushing Meadows last year who will be looking to capture her third Grand Slam title.
- [Aug 28] No major changes after the first round of play as Sabalenka (+210), Swiatek (+370), Ryabinka (+900), and Gauff (+1000) remain as the ones to beat.
- [Jul 29] Sabalenka and Swiatek are now co-favorites at +300 with less than a month before the start of the US Open. 2023 champ Gauff and Wimbledon semifinalist Rybakina are both right behind at+550.
