The Bills are -162 picks on the moneyline in the NFL odds, giving them an implied win probability of 61.83%. Buffalo has +450 Super Bowl odds and the Ravens are listed at +1600.
Hurricane Ian is likely to affect the game. The weather forecast calls a 70% chance of showers that could potentially be heavy, north wind at 11-15 mph with gusts up to 26 mph and a high temperature of 61.
Bills vs Ravens Recent History
The teams last met in the 2020 playoffs with the Bills winning 17-3 at home in an AFC divisional round game. Josh Allen threw for 206 yards and a touchdown for Buffalo and Stefon Diggs had eight receptions for 106 yards and a score.
Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson left the game with a concussion.
Bills Offense vs Ravens Defense
Allen is the favorite in the NFL MVP odds at +300 and has a very favorable matchup in this game. The Ravens are last in the NFL in total defense.
Last week, Allen threw for exactly 400 yards in the loss to Miami. His 42 completions and 63 attempts were team records.

It was Allen’s third career 400-yard game, breaking the franchise record set by Drew Bledsoe. He is 2-1 when throwing for 400 or more yards and 13-3 when topping 300.
The Ravens also figure to have their hands full with Diggs. His 27 receptions through the first three games of the season are the most in franchise history. Diggs leads the league with 344 receiving yards and four touchdown catches.

Ravens Offense vs Bills Defense
Conversely, the Ravens will be matching up with a Bills defense that is first in the league in yards allowed.
The Ravens’ offense presents plenty of problems because of Jackson’s dual-threat ability to make plays with his arm and legs. Linebackers Matt Milano and Tremaine Edmunds will be counted on to contain Jackson and cover star tight end Mark Andrews.

Wide receiver Devin Duvernay’s big-play capability should concern the Bills and has helped make up for the loss of Marquise Brown, who was traded to the Arizona Cardinals during the draft. While Duvernay has a modest eight catches through three games, three have gone for touchdowns and he has returned a kickoff for a score.
The Bills have yet to give as many as 250 total yards in a game this season.
Bills vs Ravens Injury Report
For the Bills, cornerback Christian Benford (hand), wide receiver Jake Kumerow (ankle) and defensive tackle Jordan Phillips (hamstring) have been ruled out. Listed as questionable are wide receiver Gabe Davis (ankle), cornerback Dane Jackson (neck), tight end Dawson Knox (back/hip). center Mitch Morse (elbow), offensive lineman Justin Murray (foot), defensive tackle Ed Oliver (ankle) and safety Jordan Poyer (foot).

Outside linebacker Justin Houston (groin) and offensive lineman Patrick Mekari (ankle) are questionable for the Ravens. Nose tackle Michael Pierce (biceps) was placed on injured reserve this week.
Bills vs Ravens Prediction
Some trends favor the Ravens, including beating the Bills five straight times in Baltimore and Buffalo having lost their last seven regular-season games decided by seven points or fewer.
However, the Bills’ last 20 wins have been decided by 10 points or more. Considering the state of the Ravens defense, it is easy to think Buffalo could win this game by double digits.
Pick: Bills -3 (-109)
