  • October 21 – The comeback is complete! After dropping Games 1 and 2, the Blue Jays came roaring back to win the ALCS in seven games and move on to the World Series.
  • October 20 – We’re getting a Game 7! Toronto held court at the Roger Centre last night to force a decisive and final elimination game against Seattle for the AL Pennant. The Blue Jays are now averaging -130 to advance to their first World Series since 1993, while the Mariners are getting +110 to reach their first World Series ever.
  • October 14 – It goes without saying: losing your first two games of the LCS at home will tank your pennant odds. After dropping Games 1 and 2 in Toronto to the Mariners, the Blue Jays are now averaging +475 to make it to the World Series.
  • October 9 – Going into their ALDS Game 5 on Friday, the AL Pennant odds for the Mariners (+274) and Tigers (+283) are basically dead even, with Toronto (-124) still favored over the winner.
  • October 7 – After clobbering the Yankees twice in Toronto, the Blue Jays (+145) are the new favorite to win the AL Pennant.
  • October 3 – The Yankees are the new favorite to win the AL Pennant, but just barely: New York is averaging +191, just ahead of Seattle’s +199.
  • September 29 – Is this the year the Seattle Mariners finally win the AL Pennant? Sportsbooks sure think so, with the Mariners getting as short as +185 to take the league title.
  • September 12 – The Tigers and Blue Jays are neck and neck at the top of the odds table as they fight for the AL’s No. 1 seed in the playoffs. Detroit’s average odds of +312 is just ahead of Toronto’s +345.
  • July 31 – After trading for Josh Naylor and Eugenio Suarez before the trade deadline, the Mariners have seen their average AL Pennant odds shorten from +2517 to +1550.
  • July 17 – Coming out of the All-Star break, its the Tigers (+285), Yankees (+310), and Astros (+400) who are the big favorites to capture the pennant in the American League.
  • May 7 – They may be at .500, but sportsbooks are still expecting big things from the Rangers. Sitting in fourth in the West, Texas is averaging +710 to win the AL Pennant.
  • April 10 – Though they’re still far down the table, the Angels’ 8-4 start to the season has seen their average AL Pennant odds shorten from +7500 to +7120.
  • March 26 – Despite Gerrit Cole going on the IL for the season, the Yankees at +356 are still the favorite to capture the AL Pennant in 2025.
  • February 18 – Last year’s AL champs, the New York Yankees, open at +310 as favorites to win the American League pennant. Trailing the Yankees are the Houston Astros (+650) in the AL West and the Yankees’ AL East rivals, the Baltimore Orioles (+650).

  • October 16 – The repeat is complete! The Los Angeles Dodgers have swept Milwaukee four games to zero to return to the World Series in 2025.
  • October 15 – The Dodgers are now massive favorites to win the NL Pennant. After winning the first two games of the NLCS, Los Angeles is now getting odds as short as -1500 to advance.
  • October 9 – There’s still life in the Cubs and Phillies! Both teams picked up clutch Game 4 LDS wins and are respectively averaging +888 and +538 to win the NL Pennant.
  • October 7 – Los Angeles (-145) and Milwaukee (+180) have distanced themselves as NL Pennant favorites after both teams captured the first two games of their respective division series.
  • October 3 – The Dodgers swept aside Cincinnati in the NL Wild Card round and are back to being favorites to take the pennant, getting +165 to advance to the World Series.
  • September 29 – Milwaukee (+330) may have the best record in the league, but sportsbooks say the road to the NL Pennant goes through either Philadelphia (+215) or Los Angeles (+280).
  • September 12 – The Dodgers’ pennant odds have dipped in recent weeks, but they’re still averaging a solid +222, with the Phillies not far behind at +308.
  • July 31 – NL Pennant odds for the Diamondbacks and Braves have CRATERED after the trade deadline. Neither team were clearly buyers before the final push to the posteseason, and as a result Arizona has seen their pennant odds climb to +60000, while Atlanta moved to +100000. Both were under +20000 just two weeks ago.
  • July 17 – It’s the Dodgers vs Everybody coming out of the All-Star Break. Los Angeles is getting a miniscule +140 to win the National League, followed by the Phillies (+450), Mets (+500), and Cubs (+600).
  • May 7 – The San Francisco Giants disrespect is very real. Despite boasting the third-best record in the NL, the Giants are averaging just +1860 to win the pennant.
  • April 10 – The Braves are not enjoying their start to the season and have already seen their National League Pennant odds drop to +660.
  • March 26 – No major movement among NL Pennant contenders the night before Opening Day, but further down the table the Pirates have seen their average odds shorten since last month, from +6520 to +6340.
  • February 18 – Winners of both the National League and World Series last season, at +170 the Los Angeles Dodgers are again frontrunners to win the 2025 NL Pennant. A ways behind the Dodgers are two NL East rivals, the Atlanta Braves (+425) and Philadelphia Phillies (+650).
