Mary Carey vs Tami Erin pits two entertainers against each other in a very unfamiliar competitive framework. Porn star vs Pippi pugilism is what this is all about. This fight is set to go at The Booby Trap which is a Miami based strip club. Both women are debutant boxers and both make their first forays into fighting against one another.
Celebrity Boxing is an intrinsically strange form of entertainment and this is the latest permutation of weirdness. Check out the overall fight odds, the prop bets, and my comprehensive analysis below.
Mary Carey vs Tami Erin Fight Odds

I have covered some pseudo-pornography-related betting on this site and I continue to build my resume in that regard. Mary had initially signed a deal with Damon Feldman’s Celebrity Boxing promotion but her opponent was not known right away. Tami Erin eventually stepped up.
Someone who is best known for her role as Pippi Longstocking in the 1988 film, The New Adventures of Pippi Longstocking. Erin also has experience in the world of adult-themed videos with her preemptively releasing her own sex tape after worries that her then-partner would leak it and cut her out of the profits.
The Wild World of Celebrity Boxing
There doesn’t seem to be any pre-existing feud here. All evidence considered, this looks like an instance of people wanting to capitalize on their moderate fame/niche acclaim for a good chunk of cash in a short time frame. There doesn’t seem to be any bad blood beyond just wanting to win the actual contest. In fact, there seems to be some level of admiration for Erin from Carey.
I guess I have to box Pippi Longstocking! Fun fact: I was obsessed with the movie when I was 8 years old so this will be fun. I dressed up as her for Halloween multiple years. @H16man https://t.co/O0AILjojh0

Carey is reportedly getting a five-figure payday, as per TMZ, but could stand to make a lot more depending on some prize fighting metrics (ticket sales, internet pay per view buys, etc). Erin has found herself in trouble with a felony hit and run, drunk driving, as well as assault charges. Presumably, she has some associated legal fees to cover and the acting gigs aren’t coming as often as they used to. Both seem quite motivated by money in this one. It remains to be seen if Erin has strength levels akin to Pippi Longstocking though.
Mary Carey vs Tami Erin Prop Odds
Prop | Yes Odds | No Odds |
---|---|---|
Either fighters’ breasts to be exposed at any time | -200 | +150 |
Both fighters breasts to be exposed at any time | +200 | -300 |
Winner to sign new boxing deal in 2020 | +300 | -500 |
Fight to go the distance | -140 | +100 |
I do not see either woman signing some sort of new deal regardless of who wins or the nature of the outcome. Based on the inexperience of both women, the fight going the distance is a safe bet. I don’t think either has the kind of refined technique and timing necessary to render someone unconscious/rock them. I see the winner getting their hand raised after a judges’ decision.
I’m not even going to hazard a guess on the top two props because my mother raised me to be a gentleman.
Winner to sign new boxing deal in 2020 Pick: No (-500)
Fight to go the distance Pick: Yes (-140)
Mary Carey vs Tami Erin Tale of the Tape
0-0 | Record | 0-0 |

N/A | Reach | N/A |
Starring in *ahem* other kinds of specials | Accomplishments | Starring in the Tim and Eric Chrimbus special |

That being said it seems evenly matched enough for entertaining parity. There’s admittedly little to go off of in terms of gauging the athletic skill/combat aptitude of each but I’m edging it to Carey here.
Fight Pick: Mary Carey (-120)
