The Kansas Jayhawks (21-11, 11-9 Big 12, 15-17 ATS) and Arizona Wildcats (20-11, 14-6 Big 12, 16-15 ATS) are set to meet in the quarterfinals of the 2025 Big 12 Tournament on Thursday, less than a week after they closed out the regular season against one another in Lawrence. The Jayhawks took the win at home on that night (83-76) but it’s the Wildcats who are favored in Thursday’s Kansas vs Arizona odds, laying 2.5 points in the college basketball lines at most sportsbooks.

SPORTSBOOK
Neither team was particularly good down the stretch of the regular season. Kansas went just 3-4 in its last seven, and then needed OT to get by UCF in the second round yesterday as 10.5-point favorites. Arizona, meanwhile, was 11-1 in Big 12 play on Feb. 8 but limped to a 3-5 finish to wind up 14-6, a full five games back of Houston.
But Arizona got a double-bye to the quarterfinals as the #3 seed and I expect that to be the difference on Thursday. The Jayhawks played 45 hard minutes last night; their four leading scorers all put in 36 minutes or more in the overtime victory. Playing on a full four days’ rest, the Wildcats are going to be fresher in the second half and will eventually pull away from the Jayhawks.
Dickinson absolutely manhandled Arizona’s bigs in the first meeting between the teams, racking up 33 points and 10 rebounds. That was a rarity for the Wildcats, though, who limit opponents to just 47.4% on two-point field goals this season.
I do expect Dickinson to have another big night on the glass, though. Arizona plays at a fast tempo (52nd in DI) and only has the 97th-best EFG% in the country. There are going to be plenty of possessions in this game which, in turn, will lead to plenty of rebound opportunities.

Best Available Kansas vs Arizona Odds
The Kansas vs Arizona spread is Zona -2.5 across the board but there are some slight variations in price. Kansas +2.5 bettors should head to Caesars where the Jayhawks are even-money to cover. FanDuel has the best ATS price on Arizona at -2.5 (-110).
FanDuel also has the longest Arizona moneyline at -134. Most books, including BetMGM, bet365, and Caesars, have the Kansas moneyline at +130, which is the longest price available on a Jayhawk victory.
There is a one-point range in the game total. BetMGM is the best option for under bettors, listing the total at 151.5 with -110 odds each way. FanDuel has the best number for over bettors at 150.5, again with -110 odds both ways.
