#5 Cincinnati gets another chance to make an impression on the College Football Playoff selection committee when it visits South Florida at 6:00 p.m. ET Friday in an American Athletic Conference game at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa.

The Bearcats are favored by more than three touchdowns in a game that will be televised by ESPN2.

At 9:00 p.m. ET, Wyoming visits Boise State in a Mountain West Conference game on the blue turf of Albertson Stadium. The Broncos are two-touchdown favorites at home in a game that will be shown on FS1.

Cincinnati vs South Florida Odds

Team Moneyline Spread Total
Cincinnati -2200 -23.5 (-108) Over 57.5 (-108)
South Florida +980 +23.5 (-112) Under 57.5 (-112)

Odds as of November 11th at FanDuel

Cincinnati (9-0) moved up a spot in the CFP rankings this week despite struggling to put away Tulsa 28-20 last Saturday at home as a 22.5-point favorite. The Bearcats needed to make a goal-line stand in the final minute.

Stephen Anderson fumbled as he was reaching for the goal line on fourth-and-goal from 1 and Cincinnati’s Jabari Taylor recovered for a touchback.

Quarterback Desmond Ridder had a much-needed big performance after top running back Jerome Ford left the game with a leg injury. Ridder threw for 274 yards and two touchdowns and Alec Peirce had five receptions for 113 yard a TD.

Cincinnati allowed two Tulsa running backs – Shamari Brooks (132) and Anthony Watkins (105) – to rush for over 100 yards but still managed to remain one of four unbeaten FBS teams.

Meanwhile, South Florida (2-7) lost a shootout to Houston 54-42 at home.

Brian Battie was the star for the Bulls in a losing effort. He returned two kickoffs 100 yards for touchdowns and had a 29-yard scoring run to help South Florida take a 28-26 halftime lead.

However, South Florida could not hold on over the final two quarters. Houston finished with a 646-399 advantage in total yards in sending the Bulls to their fifth loss in the last six games.

Cincinnati has failed to cover in its last three games after starting the season 5-1 against the spread. The Bearcats’ ATS slump and Ford being banged up makes it worth taking South Florida with the points at home.

  • The Pick: South Florida +23.5 (-112)

Wyoming vs Boise State Odds

Team Moneyline Spread Total
Wyoming +470 +13.5 (-106) Over 48.5 (-105)
Boise State -700 -13.5 (-114) Under 48.5 (-115)

Odds as of November 11th at FanDuel

Boise State (5-4) is coming off an impressive 40-14 thrashing of Fresno State on the road last Saturday as four-point underdogs.

The Broncos played an outstanding all-around game. Hank Bachmeier threw for 283 yards and a touchdown and George Holani rushed for 117 yards on 21 carries. Meanwhile, Boise State also sacked Jake Haener five times and forced three turnovers then got a big jug of milk for its effort.

Wyoming also won last Saturday as it downed Colorado State 31-17 at home to end a four-game losing streak.

Cowboys quarterback Levi Williams had just 92 yards passing but threw two touchdown passes and rushed for 116 yards and a score.

Wyoming rushed for 385 yards and outgained Colorado State 477-357 in total offense. The Cowboys figure to have a tougher time against Boise State, though, which is 31st in the FBS in scoring defense as it allows 20.9 points a game.

Oddly, Boise State is 4-0 on the road this season but just 1-3 at home. However, the Broncos are coming off the best performance of the season and should reverse that baffling blue turf trend against a Wyoming team that has won only once in MWC play.

The Pick: Boise State -13.5 (-114)
